Designated terrorist group CAIR demands that Waterbury, Connecticut schools be closed for two Muslim holidays
This school district should do what other schools around the country, faced with the same demands from this Muslim extremist pressure group, have done.
Rather than be forced to close school for two Islamic holidays, many schools no longer designate religious holidays by their names. For example, Christmas Break is now Winter break, and Jewish holidays are just part of a Fall Break. As most schools already are closed for Spring Break rather than Easter Break, and all observe a Summer Break, Muslims are out of luck because their holidays take place at different times during Spring or Summer.
