In December 2022, Melrose City Councilor-at-Large Maya Jamaleddine, a Muslim who wears a hijab (photo below), was sitting in her car with her two children. A woman in the car next to her reportedly rolled down her window and angrily yelled at Jamaleddine, “What are you looking at, you terrorist Arab? Go back to your country!”
CAIR A woman who allegedly verbally accosted Muslim Melrose City Councilor Maya Jamaleddine and then allegedly assaulted her husband last year is to be arranged on Friday.
Jamaleddine’s husband, who had been putting air in their tires, overheard the remark and asked the woman why she would say such a thing. He filmed the woman’s license plate. Video shows the woman following him back to the family’s car, and then allegedly shoved him out of the way so she could film their license plate.
CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) – Massachusetts demanded a “hate crime” investigation into the incident but although the woman is to be arraigned Friday morning on charges of assault and battery on Jamaleddine’s husband, she is not expected to be charged with a civil rights violation or a hate crime.
It’s a “hoax”….guaranteed!

Another example of Muslims being let into this country, and then think they own the place. If this family is so thin skinned that they are ‘harmed for life’ by someone who yells at them something they don’t like, they probably should go back to where they came from.
The (presumed) Italian woman should counter sue them for defamation of character and all legal fees.
We’ll never know the whole story because CAIR only reports the parts that can gain them media sympathy. And they have deep pockets which is why they file so many frivolous lawsuits, most of which they lose.

Gee, another Muslim with a seat on a City Council. There are untold millions of American citizens too busy working and raising their families to go into politics on the local level. Yet, this Muslima with four kids has the time and inclination. I wonder why?
