Banshees such as her do not deal very well with even a tiny bit of adversity. Her life WILL be over if she doesn’t get off her phone and back to the real world. Fyi, there are thousands of body shops that could easily repair her car and there are a number of young women now working in that business. She could use a career change and she may even lose a few pounds.
