GoFundMe raises more than $500,000 for a University of North Carolina fraternity that guarded the American flag during pro-Hamas protests. These young men – heroes – of the UNC Chapel Hill Pi Kappa Phi, gave the best to America and now they deserve the best.
“Students for Justice in Palestine” @UNCSJP dared to remove the American flag and replace it with the Palestinian flag. Thank goodness, the UNC Chapel Hill provost had the good sense to defy the SJP wing of the #WokeArmy and remove the Palestinian flag and return the American flag to the flagpole.

WUNCAs demonstrators protesting against the Israel-Hamas war clashed with law enforcement, community members and others near Polk Place on the campus of UNC-Chapel Hill on Tuesday, members of a fraternity seemed to take matters into their own hands.
The group of mostly young men — some apparently members of the Pi Kappa Phi and Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternities — were photographed holding the U.S. flag off the ground after it had been removed by protestors and replaced with a Palestinian one.

“Commie losers across the country have invaded college campuses to make dumb demands of weak university administrators,” the post read. “But amidst the chaos, the screaming, the anti-semitism, the hatred of faith and flag, stood a platoon of American heroes. “Armored in Vineyard Vines and Patagonia, fueled by Zyn and White Claws, these triumphant Brohemians protected Old Glory from the unwashed Marxist horde — laughing at their shrieks and wails and shielding the Stars & Stripes from Soviet missiles.”
The funding goal soon rose to $50,000, then $100,000. By 6:30 p.m. Thursday, the total had topped $500,000.
“We are overwhelmed by you glorious, Patriotic Americans who value good beer and great times,” read the post in a Wednesday evening update. “We are in contact with multiple leaders from fraternities whose members helped defend the flag, including Alpha Epsilon Pi and others, in addition to Pi Kappa Phi. Our gratitude goes to all of them and we will update supporters on what comes next.”
John Noonan, the organizer of the campaign, said “We are overwhelmed by the sheer force of patriotism on display. What started as a modest request to buy a few kegs for some great young guys has ballooned into an American cultural moment, with millions of people paying attention: blue and red, left and right, all of the above.”
The fundraiser was launched Wednesday, a day after pro-Palestinian protesters lowered an American flag on the Chapel Hill campus’s main quad, replacing it with a Palestinian flag. The American flag was ultimately raised again later in the day. According to the campaign website — which carries the headline “Pi Kappa Phi Men Defended their Flag. Throw ’em a Rager” — members of Alpha Epsilon Pi and Pi Kappa Phi and other fraternities “helped defend the flag” during the protests.
I salute these young people and I have not said that in a long time. Being born in Kinston, North Carolina, I have a special feeling about this action.
I heard when the fundraising ended, it was over $500k
Yes, it was!
A Glorious Respect for our Republic , This Patriotism should be a Warning to all who would trample our Colors , Our Spirit is strong silent and runs as deep as the birth of our nation of free men . Our Flag has been seen across the Globe to all it means things good or bad. To those who run under her for protection they receive it . Those who would defile it they are long buried and forgotten in many lands. Be Yourself Warned this symbol is our Creed our reason to engage battle Good over Evil … till death do we part .

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! These brave and gallant young men are part of the silent majority. We all need to speak up. What a great example they have given us.
There is hope for our “yoots”.
Unfortunately, Ralph Baric, the “distinguished professor at the Dept. of Epidemiology”, is still at UNC conducting Gain of Function research. He and his accomplices, Peter Daszak (EcoHealth Alliance) and Anthony Fauci (formerly NIAID Director), should all be in prison (preferably hung) for their crimes against humanity.
