The law says colleges must provide for a safe learning environment including freedom from harassment and religious persecution. Apparently, the multi-million dollar donations made to Harvard from Islamic state sponsors of terrorism like Qatar are why Harvard feels justified in ignoring the law.

Only if a few Western leaders had the cojones to declare Qatar a terrorist state and freeze their overseas funds.
That would serve as a wake up call to all Moslems worldwide. If you try to spread Islami beyond your homeland, you’ll face consequences.
When one is being treated unfairly, extracting money is the best cure for as the really old but true adage, follow the money, is extremely effective. As an American, I am immensely ashamed and there is little to nothing I can do except express my support for the Jewish community.
I don’t think it’s about money, but rather the security issue for Jewish students. I guess if there is a monetary settlement, it will make it easier for Jewish students to transfer to different schools.
Here is a copy of the Complaint filed in the lawsuit: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/u53enj1qhhqba9n1zoxir/1-Complaint-Kestenbaum-v-Harvard.pdf?rlkey=yjvajqog87v77gbpclesaq7j6&dl=0
BNI, Iran’s Mullah president, Ebrahim Raisi, dies in a helicopter crash. Moslems are claiming the Israelis were behind it. A funny thing if true. I think it’s more likely their aircraft was using poor quality hardware and outdated radar systems which can cause accidents.

While he was alive, Raisi dared Israel that their ‘slightest attack’ will be met with a ‘strong and fierce response.
We can all say an R.I.P. as he’s indeed resting in pieces. 😊
Of course they’re blaming Israel. They blame everything on Israel. I hope they are right.
I hope he’s awarded multi-millions. Many of the alumni now refuse to give these universities a red cent, but I have the feeling they just don’t care. Islamic oil money must be flowing into these universities pockets for them to just write off their rich alum, and it needs to be investigated and stopped. University officials here in America are now beholden to another flag.
You’re exactly right.
Harvard’s current endowment is about $50 Billion, and their total enrollment is about 23,000. They are therefore not dependent on donations and could probably afford to give all enrollees a tuition-free education (which they won’t).
Anything that is won in a lawsuit by these plaintiffs will be a drop out of the bucket. In other words Harvard won’t care. They will however care about their reputation, and the social media sites need to tarnish their pompous attitude as much as possible over their woke, pro-Muslim, anti-Jewish policies, actions and inaction, and their Massachusetts mindset and support of insurrection against the United States.
Here is Harvard’s latest publicly accessible tax filing (all non-profits are required to submit IRS Form 990 as part of their yearly filings and this is a public document once filed): https://www.causeiq.com/organizations/view_990/042103580/cb66cdc119c4808a3e99ccb9aac6a120
There is a lot of information there such as the identity and salaries of the highest paid employees and contractors.
It’s the same story with most of he Ivy League schools whose endowments are so large they actually could give free tuition to everyone.
