Hamas-linked CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) held dozens of press conferences publicizing their “total victory” in a lower court ruling in favor of CAIR’s lawsuit to have the Terror Watch List declared unconstitutional, but in light of the recent Appeals Court ruling which overturned the lower court’s decision, the silence from CAIR has been deafening.

CAIR and I have been mortal enemies since 2008. They were able to get BNI taken down from the internet 3 times in the past by threatening my web hosts with lawsuits if they didn’t. I finally found a web host that won’t be intimidated by CAIR. But it’s costly. CAIR also made it impossible for me to have donation services on the site. So whenever I can find dirt on them, I post it.

My question to TSA is why does Homeland Security not employee the name check when dumping undocumented illegal aliens on flights in the US? Are they afraid that many of these deadbeats will turn up on TSA’s list of potential terrorists? It is amazing how one government agency can refuse to utilize mandates from another one, especially when people’s lives are at stake.
It is laudable that the Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of the Commonwealth of Virginia brought CAIR’s sophistry to an end. The wording of the Court was especially noteworthy when it declared a few outlier cases of inconvenience do not justify the overhaul of an otherwise consititutional security initiative by government. It seems clear that CAIR legally shot itself in its own foot by arguing that a delay in allowing the airplane boarding of a minor because the accompanying minor’s father was on the terror watch list was an outlier circumstance and the claim raised the litigational bar for CAIR over which it was unable to clear. So phooey to CAIR!
In the name of God, the one and only: CAIR’s loss is a win for all of us non Muslums who dominate the world. Tough luck, CAIR. : ).
