Why aren’t the mainstream media covering the ‘real’ genocide in Bangladesh instead of trying to smear Israel with a ‘fake’ one?

While the media are consumed with turning Israel’s justified war against Hamas into a false “genocide,” Muslims are carrying out actual genocide in countries where they are the majority. Organiser The Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS) report traces the persecution of Hindus in Bangladesh back to the partition of India in 1947. Since then, the Hindu population has experienced a drastic decline due to targeted violence, forced conversions, and state-supported discrimination. From nearly 30% of the population in 1947, Hindus now make up less than 8 per cent of Bangladesh’s population.
“The decline of the Hindu population in Bangladesh is not a natural demographic shift but the result of decades of ethnic cleansing efforts aimed at eliminating the Hindu presence in the country,” the report states.

Bangladesh has a dismal track record of human rights of Hindus. The persecution of minorities in Bangladesh has continued unabated and the share of Hindus in Bangladesh’s population has dipped from 22 per cent in 1951 to below 8 per cent in 2022.
This, even as the population of Muslims rose to over 91 per cent from 76 per cent in 1951. Between 1964 and 2013, over 11 million Hindus fled Bangladesh due to religious persecution, according to the Hindu American Foundation. It says 230,000 Hindus continue to leave the country every year. The 2011 census showed that a million Hindus went missing from the country’s population between 2000 and 2010.

Additionally, rape is used as a tactic to drive Hindu families off their land, with the severe social stigma associated with rape often leading to the ostracization of the victim’s family, forcing them to flee their homes. Furthermore, once ostracized, women and girls who are raped are frequently abandoned by their families, making them vulnerable to forced conversion to Islam.

It states that the targeted killings, such as the murder of Hindu police constable Suman Kumar and the lynching of Hindu Awami League leader Haradhan Roy and his nephew, are clear indicators of a calculated effort to eliminate this minority group.

Moreover, the systematic attacks on religious sites, including the ISKCON and Kali temples, along with the destruction of Hindu homes and businesses, indicate an organized campaign with genocidal intent. This is not random violence; the sheer number and frequency of these incidents suggest a deliberate and coordinated effort to eradicate Hindus from Bangladesh. The international community must recognize these signs and take action before it is too late.

The CIHS report documents approximately 57 incidents targeting Hindus from June 14, 2024, to August 6, 2024, revealing a deeply troubling escalation in violence against the Hindu community in Bangladesh. The findings indicate a clear and disturbing pattern of targeted attacks on both individuals and religious sites.
These actions go beyond random violence; they represent a deliberate effort to instill fear, marginalize the Hindu population, and systematically dismantle their cultural and religious heritage. The objective behind these atrocities appears to be the complete destruction of the Hindu community, qualifying this as a case of genocide.

              • That i undestand 100% and you are the lucky one here then you have a careing and loving nation that waits for you but what do we europeans have?. Ok the nation must fight for its right to exist but there i have no fear then take a look at what it is doing at the moment (kicking asses) down there. This nation will give all it has to give for ITS OWN PEOPLE and not like europe that gives all we have to strangers that want us dead and stinking. I hope that in a few years we can say man that was a bad time but reallity showes me that it will come differently and it wont be good for us or our nations.

    Forget Western media, even Indian media isn’t covering this ongoing genocide. On the contrary, our homegrown leftist scumbag journalists are dismissing the whole event as a right-wing conspiracy theory.

    They are happy to portray this event as a “revolution” and “democratic voice” of Bangladeshi (Jihadis). People are so busy and grounded in their lives they just don’t care about one of the most oppressed minorities in the world.

    The ex-Prime Minister of the country, Sheikh Haseena, was the last layer of sanity in a country filled with subhuman Muslims of the worst variety. Now that she’s out of the picture, it’s OPEN SEASON on Hindus and other religious minorities of Bangladesh.
