If I were the restaurant owner, I would bring charges for vandalism, larceny and intimidation and then file a civil suit. She needs to learn a lesson she will never forget.
I would have ripped her head off if she torn the greek flag in front of me.
Being in the USA, you are protected from prosecution under the 1st Amendment for free speech. There is also no law here against being a brain dead mutant.
It wasn’t her flag. That’s the difference. Free speech does not include destroying the property of others.
