Terror-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), America’s largest Muslim special rights and advocacy organization, today condemned a new ban on the Islamic Call to Prayer, being blasted from high-powered amplifiers at mosques throughout Israel as the Israeli government’s latest act of war against Islam.
FYI: The Muslim Call to Prayer is symbolic of Islamic triumphalism. It declares Islam’s supremacy over all other religions. Considering that Muslims comprise only about 18% of the population of Israel, is it fair that the other 82% be subjected to this loud and offensive Muslim prayer call (audible from a 20-block radius) being blasted from high-powered amplifiers in mosques 5 times a day, EVERYDAY, beginning at dawn and ending late at night?
New Arab Israel’s National Security Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, has banned the Muslim Call to Prayer, known as the ‘adhan’, claiming the sound from mosques is highly “disturbing” Israeli Jews and Arab Christians. Ben Gvir said the call to prayer by mosques was an “unreasonable noise” and that allowing the calls to continue would be a sign of “lawlessness.”
In a post on X late on Saturday, Ben-Gvir said he was “proud” to introduce this policy to ban the Islamic call for prayer, which typically lasts around two minutes, saying it was a “hazard” for Israelis who reside near mosques. Under the new policy, police are allowed to enter mosques and confiscate loudspeaker equipment if found to be in use. Mosques broadcasting the call to prayer would also be fined.
Every day, mosques around the world declare at least 5 times that there Allah is the greatest. The call to prayer is not only very intrusive, it also carries a quite offensive meaning.

“The Call to Prayer is a guttural blaring that is a war cry to let every “unbeliever” know Islam is superior to every other ideology and deserves special privilege…just as “Allahu Akbar” is a declaration to unbelievers that “Allah is greater, and we’re about to show you just how much greater he is.”
In a statement, CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad said:
“A war on Islam has always been a major component of the Israeli government’s genocide targeting the Palestinian people.
“Unfortunately, the Biden administration has been complicit with this cultural erasure, systematic dehumanization and genocide. Through his actions and inaction, President Biden is enabling the suppression of religious liberties when that suppression targets Palestinians and Arabs.
He added that last month, CAIR condemned an Israeli soldier’s obscene desecration of a copy of the Holy Quran. Awad noted that Israeli authorities recently demolished a mosque in East Jerusalem.
He said that in August, CAIR said the Biden administration must speak out strongly to condemn the videotaped burning of copies of the Quran and destruction of mosques by Israeli soldiers in Gaza and end weapons transfers to the Israeli government to force an end to the genocide.
Israel does the right thing and forbitts the whinny call and what does europe do or like germany. Bonni, my first introduction to this whinning was in turkey, i was there for a visit because i bought land and built a hause (other times). I was woken up with hearing this bullshit and what did i do i took my smith and wesson with me and i went to the problem. i was going to shoot this imbecil but i was stopped by many bypassers. In the 19th century and earlier electronic amplification of sound did not exist. So the sound volume of the Islamic call to prayer was limited to a person’s voice. But from the 20th century to today we have had electronic amplification of sound. As a result the Islamic call to prayer can be blasted out over mosque loudspeakers at disturbing volumes over wide areas of land.
It is Islamophobic not to allow our calls to prayer 5 times a day loud enough to be heard in all those buildings and by all people who can be viewed from the tops of our minarets! By Allah’s Law the Sari’ah it is also an affront to Allah to allow any buildings to be taller than the minarets of our mosques and all such buildings under Allah laws must be demolished.

When I worked at the Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, I queried the driver who was a Muslim on trip to the airport, albeit, a very nice fellow with a sense of humour as to why the Muslim population could not use an alarm clock or set their cell phones to apprise themselves of the call to prayer. He laughed and said that most were just too lazy to do so but agreed with me.
