If two male witnesses are required for raoe there is an exchange rate mechanism wherein FOUR female witnesses would fit the bill. In addition there is an even steeper criteria to be met. The witnesses need to have actually witnessed the act of penetration for a charge of rape to hold good in a court of sharia. I am not kidding folks.
