No way to tell if this is a current video or from a year ago. Some of the scenes are definitely old ones of when they were first kidnapped.
NY Post Hamas released a video Saturday indicating that 19-year-old hostage Liri Albag is possibly still alive — and showing her hanging her head in despair as she talks of “living in a nightmare.”
In the three-and-a-half-minute clip, Albag references the New Year and states she has been held captive for 450 days, showing it was filmed recently but there is no proof it was shot within the last few days. “I’m only 19 years old. I have my entire life in front of me, but now my entire life has been put on pause,” Albag said through tears in the video, according to The Jerusalem Post.
“We’re starting a really dark year here. The world is starting to forget about us. No one cares about us. We’re living in a nightmare.”
The teenager’s family did not authorize the widespread release of the video, stating that the disturbing footage has “torn our heart to pieces.” “This is not the daughter and sister we know. She is not well — her severe psychological distress is evident. We watched our heroic Liri surviving and pleading for her life,” Eli and Shira Albag said in a statement.
The video is the latest in a series of propaganda clips released by Hamas of Israeli captives taken in the October 7, 2023 attack.
The other five — Albag, Karina Ariev, Agam Berger, Naama Levy and Daniella Gilboa — are still hostages, and recently appeared in another clip over the summer that showed the women bloodied and bruised. In the footage, Albag appeared trying to speak English with Hamas gunmen as a heavily bloodied Levy stood beside her.
Another photograph showed four of the women, including Albag, sleeping on mats with a framed picture of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh positioned behind them. Gilboa and Ariev sported head bandages for the snapshot.
I’m sure those young women were in shock and that may explain their calm demeanor, but how they managed to remain calm is beyond me. That treatment, at the filthy hands of those pigs is just unfathomable. I would just die. I trust President Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu to handle the matter in the best possible way, but I don’t trust the outgoing US scum to refrain from further effing things up. God help them please.
I’ve heard they drug all the hostages to keep them quiet.
What exacerbates me is when the president of the United States and others use the word hostages in reference to the prisoners of war held by the Jewish State of Israel. These pieces of defecation are war criminals unlike the poor Israelis and others taken as HOSTAGES who not only had cared for many of these creatures, many of the Israelis had also actually attempted to improve the lives of Gazans. To use the expression, exchange of hostages, is so morally wrong.

Every time these scum terrorize a people, be it Jews throughout the world, Christians in the Sudan, Congo, or Nigeria – they always take hostages.
What many do not know is they that Ansar Allah (Houthis) abducted UN workers in Yemen that were there to help them – on three separate occasions starting in June 2022 and the last abductions were in June 2024. No one has seen or heard from them since.
With that said, the world should start taking them hostage. It’s time to fight fire with fire. Let their shrills cry and protest what these terrorists do.
I have little hope that many of the hostages are still alive.
