Even in the US there is a fight for democracy. Trump lost the 2020 presidential election and made the statement that the election was stolen. On my reading there was a fight that was executed to make the 2024 election fair. One of the people that also believed it was stolen was his daughter in law Lara Trump. She was responsible for finding poll watchers for the 2024 election. The goal was 100,000 volunteers, 200,000 stepped forward. As well as this group there were 500 lawyers that volunteered their time. The training and logistics of this? The result of the 2024 election speaks as a success of this task in that NO ONE has challenged the validity of the 2024 presidential election. I suspect this will need to happen every presidential election.

Often we don’t know what questions to ask and don’t realize the obvious that is not said. She is also a very good speaker. She turned down an offer of a senate seat to be with her young children.
