Texas lawmaker calls for Minnesota Democrat Ilhan Omar to be deported to Somalia after she hosted a series of workshops aimed at educating Somalis who live in the country ‘illegally’ on ‘how to avoid being deported.’
Daily Mail Texas lawmaker Brandon Gill called for the deportation of Minnesota‘s Somali-American Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar after she shared advice for undocumented migrants. Gill, 30, a Republican congressman from the Lone Star State, claimed on X: ‘America would be a better place if @IlhanMN were deported back to Somalia’.
‘We should have never let Ilhan Omar into our country,’ said Gill, who is currently serving his first-term as the state’s 26th district representative.
Both posts linked back to the same clip, which was shared by another X user, depicting the Minnesota Democrat‘s interview with a reporter discussing her ‘illegal immigrant’ advocacy program. A spokesperson for Gill has since spoken out about the congressman’s controversial call, claiming her actions were ‘disgraceful.’
‘Representative Omar’s conduct raises questions about to whom she is most loyal- the American people or illegal aliens from Somalia,’ a spokesperson for Gill told The Hill. ‘Representative Gill simply stated that it is disgraceful for a sitting Congresswoman and US citizen to facilitate the invasion of our country by illegal alien Somalis.’

This woman, @IlhanMN is essentially instructing foreigners on how to evade US laws.

Omar, 42, a representative for Minnesota‘s 5th congressional district, responded to Gill’s call for her to be removed from the US by calling him a ‘dumbass,’ as per Politico. ‘How stupid you have to be to be a member of Congress and think your colleague who is a member of Congress can be deported,’ she said. ‘What a dumbass.’
‘I advise the Somalian people that if ICE attempts to question you, you are not obligated to answer their questions. Just state that you are advised by a lawyer not to answer questions,’ Omar said in the near-minute-long video. ‘Disclosure of your name, immigration status, and the mode of entry is not mandatory. Learn the laws and prepare yourself and refrain from disclosing information that you prefer them not to know.’
Wow we here in germany have the same problem. Illegal aliens do NOT HAVE DUE PROCESS rights. Those rights are reserved for US citizens. Even if they refuse to answer they can be arrested and deported. Omar needs to be censured by the House and sent back to her own country. She’s already proven that she broke immigration law by marrying her brother. Islam does not assimilate, ever, as it is against Sharia law.
Her deportation is way overdue.
Unfortunately, she is an America citizen by naturalization. But she should be put in jail for inciting illegal activity.
In limited circumstances, naturalized citizens may be denaturalized and deported, and I do believe that Omar is subject to denaturalization and deportation under two of the limited circumstances. This is not a complete list:
Illegal or Fraudulent Naturalization Process
One reason a naturalized U.S. citizen may be deported is if they partook in an illegal or fraudulent naturalization process. During the naturalization process, you’re required to tell the truth when you’re filling out an application to be naturalized, so you may be deported for falsifying your application.
Even if you’ve already been granted U.S. citizenship, you can still face denaturalization at a later date if the information on your application is found to be false. This could be the case if you use a false name or identity, or if you fail to disclose criminal activities during the application process. If the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) finds that you falsified any part of your naturalization application, they may file a denaturalization action against you and attempt to deport you.
Refusal to Testify Before Congress
As a naturalized citizen, there are certain rules you must follow in order to become a citizen and retain your citizenship. One requirement you have to do as a naturalized citizen is to testify before Congress if you’re being investigated for any subversive acts, including attempts to overthrow the government or cause harm to a U.S. government official. If you refuse to testify as a naturalized citizen, you may face deportation.
It’s important to note that you’re only required to testify before Congress during your first 10 years as a naturalized U.S. citizen. Once you’ve been a citizen for longer than 10 years, you’re no longer required to testify before Congress and cannot face deportation as a result of your refusal to testify.
Conviction of Criminal Acts
You can also be deported as a result of being convicted of certain criminal acts. The biggest things to avoid as a naturalized U.S. citizen are aggravated felonies and crimes of moral turpitude.
Aggravated felonies are essentially a category of crimes that are labeled by Congress. These crimes carry particularly harsh penalties for immigrants, including deportation. That being said, aggravated felonies can vary widely, and there are more than 30 offenses that are considered aggravated felonies. Some examples of lesser-known aggravated felonies include filing a false tax return and failing to appear in court.
Crimes of moral turpitude are crimes that typically involve deceit, fraud, or harm to others. These crimes carry additional penalties, including the potential penalty of deportation for naturalized U.S. citizens.
Member of Subversive Groups
A naturalized citizen be deported just for joining a subversive group. If the government finds that you’ve joined a subversive group within your first five years of being a naturalized U.S. citizen, you may face deportation. A subversive group is any group formed with the purpose of overthrowing, seizing, or controlling the United States government or any of its subdivisions. Examples of subversive groups include Al Qaeda and the Nazi Party.
Dishonorable Military Discharge
Serving the U.S. Military is one of your options if you want to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. That being said, you may also face deportation if you are dishonorably discharged before you serve five years in the military. You may be dishonorably discharged as a result of desertion, sexual assault, or manslaughter.
Voluntarily Renouncing U.S. Citizenship by appearing before a US Consular or diplomatic officer in a foreign country.

naturalized citizen dont mean shit and as soon as she commits one crime she can be deported and i know this. i had a friend that broke the law and because of this he was deported. that he was in the U.S. for over 20 years was of no importance or that he had a family and hause wasnt either, he had to go. you see America can defend herself but the wrong ones sit in the places that are needed to clean out this shit . dont despair then a new Pres. is there and from what i hear he does what he says so you have a chance but what do we in europe have….i hear the frogs croaking as the swamp emties.
Years ago , in this country, undesirables, who had either broken laws or caused a ruckus, were tarred and feathered, and driven from the town by a mob. How much more deserving is this thank less bitch, Omar, who would incite others of her ilk, to obstruct law enforcement in the pursuit of their duties. To tar and feather her will make her look like a big chicken which will make her a target for most of her fellow countrymen who are experiencing what they call “sexual emergencies”.
