A Muslim PhD candidate at Cornell University whose hatred of the United States “knows no bound” has been ordered to surrender to immigration authorities after his student visa was revoked by the Trump administration.

Daily Wire Momodou Taal, a dual citizen of Gambia and the United Kingdom, is a plaintiff in a lawsuit attempting to block the enforcement of Trump’s executive orders to deport foreign nationals who participated in anti-Israeli protests at various American universities. Taal is an outspoken left-wing activist whose academic career has centered on the study of Islam, Marxism, anti-colonialism and Pan-Africanism.
On Friday, the Trump administration sent Taal and his legal counsel an e-mail informing him that his visa was revoked and that he was no longer welcome in the United States. “ICE invites Mr. Taal and his counsel to appear in-person at the HSI Office in Syracuse at a mutually agreeable time for personal service of the NTA and for Mr. Taal to surrender to ICE custody.”
Those who support deporting Mr. Taal have pointed to his long history of violent anti-American rhetoric. In 2022, shortly before entering the United States, Taal wrote: “The end of the US in our lifetime, inshallah, [Arabic for God willing) anyone the US calls an enemy is my friend.”

The elected chief executor doesn’t have to listen to any lower courts.
He swore to protect the constitution and the country from enemies within.
This inbreed is an enemy.
His words are the proof.
Arrest and deport.
kick is muslim ass outa here! Next is Omar
When I said years ago that the hybridization of islam and leftism was the most dangerous thing happening on the Earth, I wasn’t joking.
You were right. I could never understand how two such opposite ideologies could be allies. But I guess it’s “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” alliance.
“Taal is an outspoken left-wing activist whose academic career has centered on the study of Islam, Marxism, anti-colonialism and Pan-Africanism.”
Ah, I’m sure this course of study would have led to a high-paying job if Taal were graduated from Cornell. I can’t believe that the US Government doesn’t see that Taal could be a real asset to the United States. [sarcasm switch off]
And why in the Hell is Cornell offering courses of study in Islam, Marxism, anti-colonialism and Pan-Africanism? This is not what Ezra Cornell meant when he said that “I would found an institution where any person can find instruction in any study”! Ezra Cornell is turning over in his grave.
Well, what can we say, when it is our own fault! Our top notch Universities that ensure that only the most leftist, communal, radicalized students get admitted to their Graduate programs! It is our Consular officers, charged with vetting these people, granting them visas recklessly like they were Halloween candy. I believe the our foreign missions are teeming with liberals, and hope the Trump administrations goes through them with a fine tooth comb.
Definitely he needs gone! And why the heck is he studying Islam at a USA university or did he do that elsewhere?
I also studied in the USA, a proud LSU alumnus.
It doesn’t matter if it’s a Muslim, or ANYONE ELSE. To make a statement like ““My hatred for the U.S. empire knows no bounds,” especially when the United States government issued you a student visa for your education, is an absolute LOW for any human being. It screams that you do not have any morality, even an ounce of integrity as a person.
When I was at LSU, I did try my best for an internship, but the work visa extension did not come through on time. I did what any law-abiding person always does: I left the United States to avoid overstaying my visa.
Many of my colleagues, and even the LSU professors—who were left-wing despite being based in a place like Louisiana—incorrectly advised me to overstay my visa, as nothing ever happens and no one really cares.
But I did not see it that way. A visa by any government is a TEMPORARY endorsement of an unknown alien’s bona fides. A lot of trust is at stake here—a trust between the governments of two countries.
Although my country, India, is the third-largest supplier of illegal immigrants to the US, I had the common sense that I don’t have to join the herd and break the bond that a visa sticker carries. Even though my whole career was at stake, being an illegal even for one day was just not an option.
I did not want to be counted among that riff-raff. When I was issued a student visa, there was an implicit trust implied that I would not violate its terms. That means no participation in organized political movements (and yes, back then, Barack Obama was the President of the US, who was a leftist community organizer). But a visa’s norms are sacrosanct.
I did the only honorable thing possible, leaving the United States with just a day’s visa validity remaining on my sticker. Unless there are extenuating circumstances such as a serious sudden illness or an accident, one should not overstay their visas anywhere. Ever. In any country of the world.
Every foreigner in the United States is an ambassador of their country of origin. They should represent their country in the best way possible. I never heard of any Japanese citizens overstaying their visas in any country because the pride and honour of Japan is what keeps them from violating the norms.
I wish the Japanese sense of self-esteem were more common among people in other countries. Least of all in India, we’re all mostly riff-raff by nature. 🤣🤣
And you’re exactly the kind of immigrant that is welcome here. In fact, Trump is going to make it easier for foreign students who get college degrees here to remain in this country and contribute to the US economy.
Thank you for your kind words. Much appreciate.
The country was built on immigrants like you. People who came here the right way, waiting their turn, working hard, not demanding government handouts, and certainly not badmouthing the people who welcomed them in. 🤗
You mentioned Japaners. Here’s an actual story: I know someone that met their Japaner wife, while both were undergraduates at the University of Iowa. When he had completed his Officer’s Candidate School (Quantico), graduated, received his commission, they married and settled in as a family. She was still and undergraduate upon their wedding date. She completed her undergraduate studies and she received a Permanent Resident Visa.
The Japaner could see no reason to apply for U.S. citizenship as, other than voting, it would make no difference in the life of she or her family.
Moving along a few decades, her husband had taken a position with an international firm. They sent him to assignments in many different parts of the world. When he received a long term (five-to-seven years) to the japans, the family made a decision (husband, wife, and three children) to move with him instead of seeing him for two weeks every six-to-nine months. So, off to the Japans for several years.
Now, here’s the rub. If an LPR is abroad for over one year, they lose their status and are subject to deportation upon returning to the U.S.
When they family came back, it was somewhat of a nightmare. Fine upon fine and hearing upon hearing. Every truthful statement that they made was challenged with, “That doesn’t sound truthful. You are under oath and subject to charges of perjury and this session has been taped”. American husband, three half-breed U.S citizen children and …..
Several thousand in fines. All kinds of tests (tuberculosis, VD tests, etc.) to apply for a work permit, to be issued a SS number (the same number that she had eight years prior, in order to just get a driver’s license. Forkin’ nightmare.
So, now the same state issues DLs to Illegal Aliens and women that illegally enter the country to spit out an “anchor baby”.
Doing things the right way and following the law seems to be for suckers.
Needless to say, you have one pissed-off japaner lady, now a U.S. citizen of 72 years of age. Do you think that she has ever voted for some Democrat Party member? I’m making book and giving odds.
Alley-hoo-ackburrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Most countries immigration laws DON’T make sense. Countries like China, Japan or India require you to prove Chinese/Japanese/Indian ancestry to even consider a citizenship application. Even marriage or kids are no grounds for citizenship.
You’re required to prove a high degree of fluency in the national languages of these countries. And even that’s not going to be enough because the immigration officer will make fun of your accent anyway. Better not to waste any time learning the language. As long as you’re an English-speaking foreigner, you’ll have a better run of things.
Petrodollar dictatorships like UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Saudi Arabia require you to be Muslim, AND have some kind of Gulf Arab ancestry to consider that application. Everyone else can live as migrant workers and tourists, even their children born in those countries are not eligible for citizenship.
Most countries only want tourists who can bring a lot of money to spend in local consumer markets.
Canada, US, Brazil, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, are the only countries with a PATHWAY for citizenship. The rest have no pathways no matter how many years you pay into the system. You’re either a citizen or a foreigner.
What a wonderful post. If only there were more people like you all over the world. You’re a credit to your family, your nation and your country.
“It doesn’t matter if it’s a Muslim, or ANYONE ELSE.” Yes, it does.
This is just ONE of the multiple thousands that need to be removed from the US! One at a time is not enough. Both Obama and Biden has created a national emergency by allowing these genocidal cultists in our nation!
We must do more!
Deport immediately
Back to Gambia with this scumbag. We DONT WANT another Muslim hate merchant in the UK.
