I personally like the idea of segregation. If the government made the owners pay very high daily fines for housing discrimination, of not allowing Non Muslims to live there, and since Non Muslims don’t care to live there anyway, the owners of a Muslim only “city” would be using up; losing huge sums of money daily needlessly if they would continue to practice housing discrimination. And the idea of also charging only Non Muslims high fees to live there can lead to a court case of religious discrimination with high fines daily.
While in theory your idea of fines against the moslame HOA or housing developer makes sense we have to remember commiecrat judges are allah on-board w/islamic supremacy. If they adjudicate the case we allah know those fines are never going to be imposed.

yes, while the freedom to practice one’s religion is a constitutional guarantee, what actually is a religion has never been litigated. personally i think islam is a political ideology with mere trappings of religious structures to bar dissent and reformation within it. even if it is a religion protected by the First Amendment this does not mean all its activities must be legally tolerated. the First Amendment protects free speech but yet you do not have the right to defame others, or create a clear and present danger to the public or to use unbridled “fighting words” calculated to provoking violent reaction. if our rights under the Bill of Rights have limits then this ought to inlcude the practices of a particular religion, like polygamy, female genital circumcision, infant brides and most importantly, jihad, the holy war against infidels. the courts of this country must eventually act on this issue. however, unless and until the issue is so inflamed as to not be avoidable then the Supreme Court won’t intervene with exlicit and definitive law. the alternatives will be to throw islam out of the West by any means necessary. it is not a benign presence and it’s inconsistant with others’ freedoms.
