Hamburg and Dresden required minimal bomb tonnage because incendiaries were used. Once the fires took hold, a fire storm ensued, thereby destroying everything. Gaza, on the other hand, was bombed with explosive devices only. Israeli planes had very short bombing runs with no opposition in the air. This allowed lots of tons of ordnance to be delivered to their targets over and over again.
Oct 7 really wasn’t worth it. It’s going to take billions of dollars just to rebuilt and where do the people live in the mean time. I can see why the population is done with Hamas.
If 70,000 tons wasn’t enough, go for 140,000.
