The.last time I checked into the matter, Bosnia was then, and is still today a Muslim enclave. The Balkans have been a contentious issue for well over a century. While Hitler may have used mercenary Muslims, England used, being part of its Empire, Hindus and Sikhs against the Germans. Mercenaries are just that; soldiers of fortune. Ukraine has done the same.
