When Neuer slammed Qatari Ambassador Hend al-Muftah for her tweets extolling the hatred for Jews, the UNHRC Chair rebuked him for not “adhering to language commensurate with dignity.”
I well recall the bumper stickers, from the sixties, “Get the UN out of the US and the US out of the UN”. Print was relatively small but I was a pre-teen and my eyes were quite good. Most called the John Birch Society “nuts and fruitcakes”.
