A newly surfaced video reveals Plano Mayor John B. Muns offering the radical fundamentalist East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC) special access to public school officials—exposing once again how this mosque has transformed from a religious institution into a powerful political force shaping education, demographics, and public policy in Texas.
RAIR Foundation (h/t Marvin W) In a deeply alarming moment, a newly surfaced video captures Plano Mayor John B. Muns inside the East Plano Islamic Center (EPIC), meeting with mosque leadership—including Yasir Qadhi, a cleric with a long-documented record of radical Islamic views.
During the meeting, Qadhi pressed for assurances that Islamic moral values and traditional family teachings would be protected in public education. In response, Mayor Muns pledged to arrange a private dialogue between EPIC’s leadership and multiple school board officials—a courtesy seemingly not extended to Christian churches, Hindu temples, or any other concerned faith-based groups across Texas who have similarly objected to radical sexual curricula in public schools.
Qadhi framed Texas as a refuge for Muslims escaping liberal states and launched into a culturally charged demand: that the Plano Independent School District (PISD) protect Islamic morality, family structure, and the right of Muslims to teach their children according to ‘Sharia’-based values.
But what exactly would Plano school officials be encouraged to adopt? Would this “dialogue” promote the same ideological framework used inside EPIC’s own Qalam Collegiate Academy (QCA)—a Sharia-based private school operating under EPIC’s control?
At a recent EPIC-hosted fundraiser for QCA, young children were showcased in their classrooms in Sharia-adherent clothing—including required hijabs for girls of certain ages—and full Palestinian nationalist attire, showcasing a radical, politically charged education model. Each grade level delivered presentations steeped in anti-Israel messaging, including chants of “From the River to the Sea”—a genocidal slogan popularized by Hamas that calls for the eradication of Israel.
Children stood before maps labeled “Palestine,” with the State of Israel completely erased, mirroring the propaganda methods used in Palestinian Authority and Hamas-run schools. This wasn’t cultural expression—it was radical indoctrination dressed up as education.
It reflects a broader agenda within EPIC’s educational ecosystem—one that aligns with BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) principles, rejects Israel’s right to exist, and conditions students to view Jews, Americans, and Israel as enemies of Islam. These teachings encourage Muslim youth to see violence against Israel as not just justified, but as a religious duty.
Obviously the Plano mayor knows nothing about Yasir Qadhi’s beliefs, or else, he just doesn’t care. Yasir Qadhi categorically rejects democracy, secular law, and any form of governance that does not adhere to Sharia.
Qadhi has publicly declared that:
- Democracy is illegitimate: “No Supreme Court, no system of government, no democracy where they vote… What gives you the right to prohibit something or allow something?”
- Any legal system outside Sharia is disbelief: “To believe that it is permissible to follow a system of laws other than the Sharia negates one’s testimony of Islam.”
- Rejecting full Sharia is rejecting Allah: “To compartmentalize Islam… shows that you really don’t believe in Islam, you don’t believe in Allah.”
- Apostates: He declares that believing in any law other than Sharia negates one’s Islam, effectively labeling Muslims who accept democracy as apostates.
- He has previously asserted that a true Muslim cannot be neutral about Islam—he must either accept it or reject it and become an enemy.
What’s more, Qadhi has:
- Called Christians “filthy polytheists” and that their lives and property “hold no value” in jihad
- Hijacked Christ: Reducing the Son of God to a mouthpiece for Muhammad
- Denied the Holocaust
- Said democracy is inferior to Sharia
- Justified killing of apostates and homosexuals under Islamic law
- Defended the Taliban and promoted jihad-aligned ideologies
- Held fundraisers for terrorist Aafia Siddiqui, jailed for trying to kill U.S. soldiers.
The moslames want to insure propaganda is taught about islame in our rotten, corrupt, degenerate, transgendered public schools as well as our universities and colleges (but that’s already a done-deal).

Even though many Muslims regard terrorists who kill in the name of Allah as criminals, they can’t deny that Muhammad also killed in the name of Allah. What example of Jesus do Christians emulate which has them confused with terrorists and criminals?
Each year, thousands of Christian homes and churches are torched or bombed by Muslim mobs, and hundreds of Christians, including dozens of priests, pastors, nuns and other church workers are murdered at the hands of Islamic extremists. The so-called justification varies, from charges of apostasy or evangelism, to purported “blasphemy” or ” insulting” Islam. Innocent people have even been hacked to death by devout Muslims over cartoons.
Yet, there is little if any violent retaliation from religious Christians to the discrimination, kidnapping, rape, torture, mutilation and murder that is routinely reported from nations with Muslim majorities. Neither is there any significant deadly terrorism in the name of Jesus, as there is in the stated cause of Allah each and every day. Muslim clerics in the West do not fear for their safety as do their Christian counterparts.
The “Christian world” and the Islamic world contrast sharply in other ways as well, from the disparate condition of human rights and civil liberties to economic status. An astonishing 70% of the world’s refugees are Muslims – usually seeking to live in Christian-based countries.
While Western societies take seriously “scandals” such as Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo (where no one has actually been killed), Muslims routinely turn a blind eye to their own horrible atrocities, even those committed explicitly in the name of Allah. The Muslim world has yet to offer a single apology for the hundreds of millions who were consumed by centuries of relentless Jihad and slavery.
These sharp differences are almost certainly rooted in the underlying religions, which begin with the disparate teachings and examples set by Jesus and Muhammad…
