I used to know a IDF veteran of the Yom Kippur War, he was a commando and was sent by helicopter w/his unit to assault the Egyptian radar installations that provided command&control for their SAM batteries. His wife was pretty and a trained IDF sniper. You’d never guess by looking at her though.

What do you think of the 5.56×45 SAW vs. the 7.62×51 M-60? Which would you rather have? I’ve heard the USMC is eliminating all their artillery except for MLRS batteries.
Want more safety? Have more felony-free people open carry guns on the streets. I always carry although not open. Where I currently live I carry a snub nose with me, but if I go into Houston, I only take my nine.
Also, mentally I can’t go visit Los Angeles my hometown and my friend from high school. I’m terrified to go there without a gun.

Canada has some of the most rigid gun controls thanks to Justin Trudeau and now has a flourishing amount of gun violence due to allowing criminals in as migrants.
Our gun violence is a drop in the bucket compared to the US. US gun violence is a product of US gun culture. Moreover, there are far more guns in Canada than you might think. I’ve personally owned a Cooey Model 75, and 82 (single shot .22) as well a a. 303 Lee Enfield. I sold them to a gunsmith for about 4x profit because a) I had no license to possess one, and b) I quadrupled my investment.
I can assure you that Canada is not disarmed. In a national count of guns it’s about 33 million guns (mostly long guns, hunting rifles) spread over 40 million people. That’s factual.
I myself prefer my two crossbows. Silent, deadly and close enough to make it personal. I want to see the whites of your eyes.
With my PSE Tac-15i with a zeroed scope, I can put 3 arrows in a half inch circle. Actually tighter grouping. Aimed at the same spot once, and I Ihit the previous arrow splitting it right up its ass like the Robin Hood movie. That cost me $20 for accuracy, hence the 1 inch grouping.

Would my efforts stand up? If unseen I could pick right eye, left eye, or right between the eyes at 50 yards. Headshots all day long at 100 yards, and torso shots at 200 yards.
That should earn me a M4 no probs. The issue is that I can’t believe I need to point this out.
Why TF are Canada and the US at odds? This is INSANE.
Longbows and crossbows vs. semi-automatic or fully automatic rifles? Come on. There are semi-automatic rifles that have far longer range than longbows and/or crossbows — they could kill you before you even get in range, then there’s the fact that if you miss w/an arrow or bolt by the time you’ve nocked you next arrow you’ll have three bullets in your torso.
My AR-50, in .50 BMG, weighs 48 pounds (with optics and tripod). It can hold a three inch group at 3000 yards. Some little pussy from canuckistan brags about his little bow and arrow?
