Heinous violence erupted outside the Chabad-Lubavitch world headquarters in Brooklyn. Six arrests are totally insufficient for the Muslim violence that descended on 770 Eastern Parkway. The whole crowd should have been arrested for rioting and/or riot-associated crimes. See Article 240 of the New York State Penal Law.
Also, part and parcel with making the appropriate arrests are the appropriate charges and meaningful prosecution of those charges. Hopefully the Brooklyn DA will do the right thing and prosecute the six arrested to the fullest extent of the law and launch an investigation to see if more Muzzies can be identified so more arrests can be made. Anything less is an invitation to the Muzzies to pull this crap in the future.
As a minor note, Governor Hochul and the NYS legislature passed a law banning AR-15s and limiting magazine capacity to only 10 rounds. That limitation treads on one’s right to defend himself from a crown of marauding Muzzies that purposefully targeted the 770 Eastern Parkway venue to assault people and disrupt a planned program inside a house of worship. Although the police showed up, they did not do so in sufficient number to quash the Muzzie illegal gathering, and attendants at Ben Gvir’s lecture were assaulted and some of the Muzzies ended up trespassing INSIDE of the building.
Constitutionally, the limitation on magazine capacity is VERY infirm, but it will likely stay in effect until the Supreme Court rules on accepting a case involving a similar Maryland magazine capacity ban.
I really would like to see a bunch of Crown Heights Jews confronting a rioting Muzzie crowd seeking their blood with a hail of gunfire from 20 or so Jews legally defending themselves with shotguns and rifles with only 10-round magazines (but lots of them). If they choose a non-lethal route, shotgun shells filled with rock salt for the initial volley (with the remaining 9 real ammunition, just in case) will teach those Muzzies a painful lesson that they will not forget and make them think twice before rioting in the future.
