The intent was not to kill anyone but just send a warning to Pakistan to not escalate things. India penetrated Pakistan’s Chinese made air defence systems.
In exchange, Pakistan sent 15 kamikaze drones to target North Indian military facilities. All were neutralized using S-400 air defence system.
The Porkis were frustrated so they resorted to indiscriminate shelling and mortar firing near the Indian border killing 16 Indian villagers so far.
India is still being patient. Asking them to back off and save their face. Or we will continue to mess with them more.
