MUST SEE! Palestinian-Jordanian politician, Mudar Zahran, shocks Oxford Union audience, by blaming the Arabs, the Brits, and the UN, NOT the Jews, for all the problems with the Palestinians
What’s more he refers to the Israelis as “his brothers and sisters.” I sure hope this courageous man has good security.
Mudar Zahran, who brings along a wealth of evidence and facts explaining that the Land of Israel belongs to the Jews, while Jordan is the actual homeland for those who call themselves ‘Palestinians’.

I am sorry, but I am not buying into what he “seems to be saying”. I think, because he now has another enemy, he chooses to be peaceful with all the others.
He speaks well of the Jews but he is hostile to the king of Jordan, because, he is saying, the king is oppressing the Palestinians, and that oppression started in the 1970. But why is the king oppressing them, and why it started in 1970? Because the Palestinians wanted to overthrow the king’s father, king Hussein, and a bitter war was waged in Jordan.
The Palestinians were oppressed, also, in Lebanon, he is saying. Why? Because in the mid-1970s they started an insurgence, which practically triggered the decline of the once prosperous Lebanon. They stirred a civil with the goal of pressuring Israel for the creation of a Palestinian state. In the end, the Israeli army went into south Lebanon, in 1982, and sent them away.
Jews and Palestinians lived peacefully, he is saying, until the British came, and other agents interfered ever since. But he forgets to mention that before the British it was the period of the Turkish Muslim Ottoman Empire that occupied the land. In that time, the Muslim citizens were privileged, whereas Jews and Christians were second class, and they had to pay a capital tax. As long as they accepted their inferior status and obeyed the rules, and did not seek their liberation, all the mostly Christian nations and the Jews that were under the Ottoman empire could live peacefully. But was that real peace for them?
This is the situation he is praising as ideal. And what does he mean by using Hebron as an example? Were the British responsible that the Arabs massacred a great number of Jews, in 1929? It was such a horrifying incident that the Jews left Hebron completely, and only returned after 1967.
I think he is speaking as a typical Muslim. When a fraction is oppressed, because they want to exterminate the other fraction, they present themselves as fighters for freedom and human rights, but when they get to power, they show who they truly are. Like it happened in Syria recently. Now, President Trump is trying to lure them with economic development, and I hope it works. But Islam is Islam, and it’s not rooted on the idea of “loving your enemies” and “thou shalt not kill”, on the contrary. And this man, right from the beginning displayed a great respect for Islam.
Will he still be loving the Jews if the Palestinians were to take control of Jordan? I seriously doubt it.
Sofia2g is right here and yes its not smart to trust any mudslime, ever. the dissapointment will be big and it might even cost you your life or the life of the ones you love and thats not worth it to find out that you were wrong.
As is usual w/f’ing moslames he talks a great game but what has he done?
‘Jews were never permitted to live in Jordan. Civil Law No. 6, which governed the Jordanian-occupied West Bank, states explicitly: “Any man will be a Jordanian subject if he is not Jewish.”5’
When the Temple Mount was under the control of the Jordanian moslame bastards, Jews were disallowed praying at the Western Wall as well as being on the Temple Mount at all. The only thing that changed this policy was when Israel captured the Temple Mount in the Six Day War.
Always another way of looking at things, and another point of view. How different a Palestinian than what the IDF encounters in Gaza. If the Jordanian Regime were to vanish/ disappear, would the Palestinians in Gaza move to Jordan to be recognized as a State, or are they happy being victim class, with their never ending attempt at Israeli genocide?
Interestingly enough the PLO attempted a coup in Jordan because Jordan had been providing them w/safe haven to conduct cross border raids into Israel, which forced Israel to invade Jordan to put a stop to it. I believe the attempted coup happened after Israel had withdrawn its forces from Jordan (after trouncing the PLO).
He is the right man in the right place at the right time to set right all the wrongs as leader of the leaderless pawns who have and had no voice … reasoning in place of hate should be their destiny this man can show them the way .

Excellent points all. You can never trust a Muslim in the long term.

There is one group of Muslims I trust: Ex-Muslims. They get nearly as many threats as I do.

AFAIK, Civil Law No. 6 is still in force in Jordan.
Another article describing what precautions Jewish students studying in Jordan made to prevent conflict:

“He definitely has perspective you won’t see in the mainstream media.” Isn’t the media the problem with nearly every political issue?
Sure is.

Well…. This is interesting. Need to find an English Jordanian news site. Thanks BNI.
