Originally dubbed “Pallywood,” the Palestinian version of Hollywood special effects technology, “Gazawood” is now churning out a never-ending supply of fake photos of the dead and injured (primarily children) which they blame on Israel, and distribute to the sympathetic mainstream media in the West.
