Guy Christensen, a TikTok influencer with more than 3 million followers, came out in support of the shooting attack that killed two Israeli embassy employees., saying that the shooter, Elias Rodriquez “isn’t a terrorist, he’s a resistance fighter.”
NY Post An anti-Israel teen with nearly a million online followers urged people to “support’’ the accused DC killer in a rant so vile that TikTok yanked it — and he then doubled-down on his comments to The Post.
Guy Christensen — a baby-faced, keffiyeh-wearing 19-year-old from Pennsylvania who goes by the online handle “YourFavoriteGuy’’ — said in Thursday’s video: “I do not condemn the murder of the Zionist officials who worked at the Israeli embassy last night,” “I want to urge you first to support Elias’ actions.” “He is not a terrorist. He’s a resistance fighter, and the fact is that the fight against Israel’s war machine, against their genocide machine, against their criminality, includes their foreign diplomats in this country.”
He was referring to Elias Rodriguez, the 31-year-old alleged hate-filled assassin who gunned down the two Israeli Embassy diplomats leaving an event in DC on Wednesday night.
The teen — in the TikTok footage that garnered more than 632,500 views before being taken down — called the dead victim, Yaron Lischinsky, 30, a “war criminal and the same is true for the female victim, Sarah Milgrim. This was not because they were Jewish, it was because they were Zionists” who spent their days working at the Israeli Embassy fighting to maintain Israel’s genocide and support for that genocide in this country.
In the video supporting the murders, Christensen — as in many of his videos — was decked out in pro-Palestinian paraphernalia. He wore a keffiyeh as well as a shirt that appeared to say “Jesus was a Palestinian.” A Palestinian flag hung behind him.
He spent much of the video predicting that the attack would lead to a government crackdown on pro-Hamas activists, which he compared to Kristallnacht, the mass Nazi pogrom that is considered by many to be the beginning of the Holocaust.
Christensen’s disturbing rant was just one of several posted on social media in the wake of the heinous attack.
Skigh Johnson, a Canadian woman in her 20s, also wrote her own hate-filled post on TikTok on Thursday in front of footage of herself grinning and posing.
“To the people who [gun emoji] and unalived 2 Israelis in Washington DC then screamed free Palestine at their [skull emoji] bodies. I love you and I will help make sure you’re taken care of in jail,’’ she posted, followed by kissy and party emojis.
Johnson has more than 13,000 followers on TikTok and the clip had been viewed hundreds of times as of Friday evening.
