On Friday, July 11, a federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. tossed out a plea deal that would have spared the lives of the alleged masterminds behind al-Qaeda’s Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks on the United States. Under the plea deal, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and two co-defendants would have received life sentences without the possibility of parole rather than the death penalty in an agreement between the prosecution and defense that was worked out over two years.

Public hanging or firing squad? Where does one sign up for the privilege to either pull the leaver or trigger?
If there were a contest for the ugliest, most demonic Moslame person alive, this white singlet wearing gentleman would be the absolute winner.
I guess *martyrdom isn’t all that appealing after all. And what about Muslims righteously proclaiming they love death more than infidels love life? Not so much it appears.
*I do believe, though, that by having killed infidels, martyrdom is conferred upon them.
Bottom line – terrorists don’t have Constitutional Rights. He should’ve been put down years ago.
And yet here we, are almost a quarter of a century later. The legal system is a useless mess. No justice for the 911 victims.
