I think they are misquoting Khomeini! The ORIGINAL opinion of the Ayatollah Khomeini was that one should not eat, or sell the meat of the raped animal in their own village, but okay to sell them to the neighboring village. Somebody has taken the Ayatollah’s words out of context!
