A verdict was reached this week after the parents of a teenage girl in Lacey, Washington, allegedly targeted her in an “honor killing” attempt. In October, the parents were accused of trying to kill their daughter in an alleged “honor killing” after she refused to be sent back to their native Iraq and forced to marry an older man, she likely had never met.
Breitbart (h/t Nita & rcaldam) While the jury found the 17-year-old’s father, Ihsan Ali, not guilty of second-degree attempted murder and first-degree assault, he was found guilty of second-degree and fourth-degree assault along with unlawful imprisonment, Fox 13 reported Thursday.
The teen’s mother, Zahraa Ali, was found guilty of violating a protective order. However, she was found not guilty of second-degree attempted murder, second-degree assault, and second-degree burglary.
Journalist Andy Ngô reported the parents are “fundamentalist Muslim migrants from Iraq” whom he claimed did not agree with their daughter living an American lifestyle.

Court papers claimed the teen’s father threatened her with an “honor killing” when she refused the marriage and she ran away from home, fleeing to Timberline High School where she contacted a counselor. However, her parents found her near a bus stop and her father allegedly tried to strangle her.
According to a KOMO report on Thursday, “Initial court documents had said that Mr. Ali had threatened his daughter with an ‘honor killing’ though later prosecutors said there was no evidence that was the motivation for this attack.”
The mother was accused of attacking her daughter in a similar manner, and was also present during the attack. Court documents state the daughter previously reported abuse by both her father and mother prior to the incident.”
What can you expect when musmkms have been appointed as judged, and have infiltrated all aspects of our goverment? Given the aggravating circumstances (of those “parents” attempting to kill their child in broad daylight and next to her school), there should be ZERO appeals allowed, with the sentence being carried out ON THE SPOT (ideally in a specially-built courfroom allowing a gallows &/or firing-range to be accomodated right next to the judge’s desk). NO time to say “good-bye” or anything else…

Not a good weekend. When I finally was able to get the tenants out of our Lake Erie shore property, they always paid their rent but sometimes it may have been a month late. My wife demanded that I get them out, which I did. Of course, they trashed/demolished this 2440 sq. ft. lakeside property. When I started to fix and remodel, she became involved. I don’t care much for being screamed at, so I turned everything over to her. An absolute disaster … and, of course, it’s all my fault.
I purchased all of our properties. Remodeled all of them. Me, myself, and I.
Somehow, she watched some videos on youtube and has become an expert. Every contractor that she hired was a nightmare. Again, all my fault.
I have been sleeping on the lower (first of three levels) level, due to a very severe case of shingles. My bedroom is located by hers, on the third level, and awakening screaming in pain disturbed her. Even on the third level, she can hear me. Last night, she became incensed and told me to get out of her sight. I always attempt to stay out of her sight, but I cannot help it when she hunts me down and then gives me that line.
One of the contractors, that she hired, did a tremendous amount of damage. How, I do not know …. must be one talented s.o.b.
She asked me what I was going to do about it and I told her that I was going to Grand River to sight in my AR-50 (48 pounds of .50 BMG sniper rifle), as they have a 500 yard portion of their range.
So, I don’t believe that I will have a very good Sunday.

There’s a vaccination for Shingles for people over a certain age. Did you not get it? I know it must be very painful for you. Too bad you’re not in NY. Mr BNI used to have a construction company and could help you out. Unfortunately there are a lot of unqualified contractors out there.
I did not get treatment until I had been infected for more than a few weeks. The Lake Erie frontage house had many trees down. Therefore, I believed that the rash on the palm of my right hand, as well as the pain coursing up my right forearm was due heavy use of a chain saw. Then, I got blood blisters on my right hand’s “little finger”, which I wrote off to getting to close to the firepit when burning branches and logs.
However, blood blisters shouldn’t come from burns. The only ones that I had ever had before were due to blunt trauma, like striking a limb with a hammer. So, I finally decided to seek medical attention. Called PC’s office, now a part of the University Hospital System, on “push five” to schedule an appointment, relayed to someone’s voice mail … and it was “this mailbox is full”. That went on for three days, I finally was able to leave a message. Two days later, I get a call and I’m informed that the earliest appointment was seven weeks out. Spent another day, just wondering what the heck I had. Finally went to an Urgent Care, wherein I was diagnosed to have shingles. The blood blisters confused the PA, until she went to her notepad and AI informed her that in some of the worst cases, blood blisters may be formed. I was too late for the anti-virals, but I bought some anyway, hoping and praying.
The PA was great, very professional and kind. However, PAs and NPs, in the state of Nohio (special emphasis on the “No”) cannot even prescribe gabapentin, which is hardly a controlled substance (it isn’t). So, the nerve pain continued. The following week, I found that a Cleveland Clinic Urgent Care, located next to my leafy suburb/rural area had a DO on staff. She was confused by the blood blisters, until consulting her notepad …. AI taught her the same thing that it did the PA the week before. I was given a prescription for gabapentin, although it was not the normal 300mg, three times per day, for thirty days. Rather, it was 100 mg, three times per day, for ten days. When the pharmacy contacted the DO, she wouldn’t renew the prescription, informing them that I should contact my PC (not an easy task).
Seven or eight weeks into it, I still have little to no use of my right hand for anything beyond using a keyboard or handling a cigarette. The number of times that I have dropped a lit cigarette is into the hundreds, having little control of my fingers.
Biggest heartbreak of it all, I have been looking for an original .357 Magnum Colt Python, not the new ones, but one made in the sixties or seventies, NRA excellent condition with the original walnut grips. Found one, this Friday past, it looked like it was “new in the box old stock”, with all of the original paperwork. Paying for it and filling out the 4473, I could barely write … but it was called in, of course “Delayed”. I’m always delayed. Yesterday, I was called, “good to go”. So, went back and took possession. Put snap caps in all six cylinder chambers. The pain and weakness was too great to even pull the trigger in double action (Colt Pythons are notorious for having a relatively light trigger pull in double action). I wasn’t pleased with being an old fart. First time that I have felt like a decrepit old man ….
Surely hope the nerve pain and weakness clear up before I’m “carried by six”.

Ever since obimbocare, it made the practice of medicine so profitable that hospital chains started buying up every private practice in sight. Along with that went the large hospital chain’s protocol.
On his treatment, are they going to use the heat or the cold treatment method to create the necessary scars on his heart?

Did they say why it’s being put off so long? Can’t they refer him to another clinic who can do it sooner? I hope it gets resolved quickly.
I don’t know if a concierge medical plan would help in this case but it might be worth looking into it and it is more expensive.

It’s simple. Assuming that the prosecution was not completely incompetent, the judge who supervised this trial should be impeached and removed from office. That said, I know nothing about the details of the case and it may be there were facts about it that led to what seems to be a completely vicious and stupid travesty of justice. Of course Washington is now vile left wing loony land so the jury may have been drawn from the left wing which is now firmly allied with the murderous tyrannical scum known as followers of Islam.
