One question, since my Constitutional Law education is somewhat lacking, wouldn’t allowing Sharia Law to be practiced within the Constitutional Republic of the United States, put this “Epic City” into the classification of a sovereign nation/state?
Yes. But they practice it covertly in local courts with Muslim judges. In the UK, there are some 84 local sharia courts
I saw an interview the Muslim developers gave. They said infidels are welcome to move to EPIC city, but they probably won’t, because there will be an HOA, which will include paying for the mosque and Islamic centers and Islamic schools. Infidels won’t like the call to prayer being blasted five times a day, or being harassed for not wearing Muslim garb.
Sharia law goes against the Constitution of the United States of America. One example is that the USA Constitution states “No cruel or unusual punishment”. Sharia law demands, for certain punishments, a hand or hands to be chopped off, feet to be chopped off, being severely struck in the neck, especially by a knife or a dagger of some sort, burning acid thrown into the face, (which is usually done by Muslim men when they are mad at Muslim women), et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
All in one place, so very convenient and thoughtful of them. Just sayin…
