The radical far-left madness in Loudoun County, Virginia, just hit a new low. Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has decided to SUSPEND the boys at Stone Bridge High School, not because they misbehaved, not because they broke the law, but because they dared to ask why a girl was in the boys’ locker room. However, one of the 3 students received an exemption from the suspension: the MUSLIM student.
Gateway Pundit (h/t Doug) 7 News reported earlier this year that LCPS launched a Title IX investigation against the boys after they were caught on video asking the obvious question: Why is there a girl in the boys’ locker room?
That video, however, wasn’t recorded by the boys; it was recorded by the female student who identifies as male. A direct violation of LCPS policy, according to the news outlet.
The school’s Title IX Office determined the boys were guilty of “sexual harassment” and “sex-based discrimination.” Their punishment? A 10-day suspension, a no-contact order with the female student, forced meetings with administrators, and a permanent smear on their academic records that could destroy their college prospects.
Seth Wolfe, one of the boys’ parents, told 7News that he was angered by the decision and said it was concerning development. [We’re] saddened by the decision-making process and how that went,” Wolfe said.
Another parent, Renae Smith, was also furious and said she had already pulled her child out of the school and that the family had moved out of state.
Loudoun County is one of five Virginia school districts, along with Fairfax County, Prince William County, Alexandria City, and Arlington, that the U.S. Department of Education determined to be in violation of Title IX.
“These school divisions have been violating federal law, deliberately neglecting their responsibility to protect students’ safety, privacy and dignity, and ignoring parents’ rights. They got away with this behavior because the Biden Administration backed them up. Commonsense is back, with biological boys and girls in their own locker rooms and bathrooms, and boys out of girls sports,” said Governor Glenn Youngkin in a statement in July.

Glenn Youngkin, Virginia’s Republican governor, addressed the issue on “The John Fredericks Radio Show” on Tuesday.
He noted that “instead of pursuing an investigation into the biological female, the school system pursues an investigation against these three young students who are simply uncomfortable because there is a biological female in the male locker room.”
The Fairfax County Superintendent openly mocked the U.S. Department of Justice and the Department of Education in remarks to parents, signaling blatant defiance of recent federal guidance.

What a strange girl (regardless of what her chosen pronouns are). So she showers in the boy’s locker room w/other boys? At least she can examine any potential boyfriends before making any commitments.
This sounds like a winning lawsuit handed to those two kids on a silver platter! The facts of this case are similar to those in the US Supreme Court case McDonald v Santa Fe Trails, where 3 employees were caught steeling from the shipping company. The two white employees were fired, but the black employee was not, solely because he was black. The Supreme Court said that this was

Now, this is the perfect event for a class (pun intended) action lawsuit! At least a suit to make the ignoramus’s on the school board expunge the suspended students records. How, and why is the Muslim student exempt from a suspension, etc. I think a good lawyer, could help the suspended students with their future college expenses. The story begs the question, is this biological female student a player on the boys team, or did she, or whatever pronoun is applicable, just want to have extra credit for biology studies?

There is only one cure for what ails our school systems (Including the situation described in this article). All public money flowing into the educational system must be sent directly to the parents of the kids who may then spend the money as they see fit. Of course, the voluntarily brain dead left wing ‘wanna be’ tyrants who run the system now will scream and yell. And it would require courage on the part of our GOP representatives to get such system into law (which makes it doubtful it will ever happen). But as long as, to repeat, the voluntarily brain dead left wing ‘wanna be’ tyrants control the money, decent people will continue to get screwed by those same voluntarily brain dead left wing ‘wanna be’ tyrants.
