Banning the Keffiyeh would not affect Saudis and other Gulf member states. They wear what is called a “ghutrah”, an entirely different headgear. The Saudi/Emirati traditional dress isn’t nearly as threatening, and perfectly fine with me. But Keffiyehs make me very nervous.
