The Supreme Court needs to declare Islam (Koran and hadiths) does not meet the definition of religion according to the founders, but is a political system masquerading as a religion. Any belief system that commands followers to kill anyone who insults it or its founder (Mo) or kill Jews and non Muslims, and take their wives as sex slaves, etc (the list goes on and on) is not a religion, and therefore not protected by the Constitution.
