Now when you go to the world’s second largest fast-food chain, KFC, located in Ontario, Canada, all the chicken you buy there will be “Halal Certified” (Sharia-approved). And don’t dare ask for bacon on your chicken sandwich because all pork products are now banned at KFC in Canada. “Halal certified” means that animals are slaughtered under barbaric, non-stun Islamic methods. What’s more, part of the fees that food establishments must pay in order to receive Halal certification goes to the funding of terror-linked Islamic groups.

Most people have heard the word “halal” before. It’s an Arabic word that means something is “permitted by Islamic doctrine.” Usually the word is used in the context of food but actually, this concept from Islamic law covers all areas of a Muslim’s life. In addition to halal food, there is halal dress, halal banking, halal sports nutrition, halal art, halal travel—the list goes on.
There is currently a rather heated debate about whether or not non-Islamic countries should allow halal goods, especially meat products, to be (inhumanely) slaughtered and sold. In short, Kafirs (disbelievers) are told that opening their markets to halal goods promotes diversity and inclusion. But what it really does is show preference for one religious group while ignoring the needs and desires of the non-muslim population (the majority in Canada)
Let us consider the case of Kenucky Fried Chicken in Canada. According to this article in NOW Toronto, people in Ontario became upset when they found out that their local KFCs had gone halal in May 2024. With the exception of a couple of cities, KFCs in Ontario began serving halal chicken and stopped serving pork products at all locations except for those that were co-branded with Taco Bell.
The Canadian KFC released a statement claiming that the changes were inclusive and increased diversity of choice for consumers. This was definitely not the case for meat-eating Hindus and Sikhs whose religions forbid the consumption of halal meat, since halal slaughter does not prioritize fast and painless death for the animal. Many people who are not Hindu or Sikh oppose halal for precisely that reason. Some people simply do not wish to eat food that has been consecrated to the Islamic god, Allah.
Not only did KFC’s move completely cut out Hindu and Sikh customers and alienate others who don’t want to eat halal, but it also reduced menu choices for people who might not care whether the chicken is halal, but who like the bacon option. Muslims only make up approximately 5% of Canada’s population, so why are these restaurants so willing to alienate and, in many cases, lose customers just to satisfy such a small, albeit vocal demographic? Do they eat a disproportionately high amount of fried chicken compared to everyone else?
The last time I purchased chicken at a KFC in TX, a wing was 2.5 inches long. So small, there was no meat, only the crust. I complained to the store, and the company, and was told more or less, ‘too bad’. Haven’t been back since.

Slaughter of poultry is very different from slaughter of big animals. In France, all chickens are killed in an electrical “bath” of the heads as they hang from a line, head down. It is only after an amount of money is paid to a muslim imam “cleric”, in other word a tax, that this “cleric” will deliver a halal “certificate”. It is a scam !
Of course, it is very different for cattle and sheep …

Considering the fact that not all pieces of a cow is eaten in halal specialties, be sure that you buy the rest of the halal slaughtered cow at your local supermarket. Probably UNknowingly …. as in France.
Also, if you wish to avoid paying a tax to have more mosqs built in your country, when you buy some Asian specialties, sauce or candies, check that there is not the very tiny halal drawing on the label. Products from Thailand and Indonesia often have the tiny drawing on their labels. Products from VietNam NEVER have.
In France, I know that kasher meat is also ritually slaughtered. But at least, Jews are not bugging the hell out of French people to enforce this type of meat on the french population, for example in schools ….
There’s a big difference between Kosher and halal. Kosher cuts the spinal cord first so the animal is not conscience when bleeding out. Halal doesn’t do that so them animal is conscious and in pain while it bleeds to death. Also, Muslims are allowed to eat Kosher but Jews are not allowed to eat Halal because of that.

Though >5% Moslem should be a cause of worry, they’re nearly not as bad as the UK, France, or India where Moslem percentage is in double digits.
The US is only about 1.1% Muslim, yet I am starting to see Halal meat sections in supermarkets, halal meat shops, and the other day I saw 3 women in hijabs in 3 different places in one town near me. Before that, I would maybe see one hijab-wearing woman once or twice a year.
Here in NE Nohio (Special emphasis on the “no”) it’s not uncommon to see several females at a store wearing burqas, typically escorted by a male of that species wearing a dirty nightshirt.

Some 10-12 years or more ago, I wrote here about a telephone conversation I’d had with a regional manager for KFC. He was a British fellow, but oversaw a huge area in the us. I recall that I had contacted him because I’d read here that there were KFC joints in the UK that had halal, and I wanted to know about the halal status of KFC in the US. He assured me there were not, even in Dearborn, MI. I asked him why there wouldn’t be halal in the KFC here, and he said those decisions are based entirely on the customer demand, and that “as of now. we just don’t have the demand for it here.” I’m sure that’s changed by this writing. As well, when he asked what my objection to halal meat was, I told him, mentioning the lack of spinal cord sever, the islamic religious prayers, the monies collected for certification and how those monies were used for ‘charity,’ (islamic ‘charity’). Although I didn’t believe much of what he said, he claimed to be oblivious to the cruel and disgusting islamic practices.
Whenever am shopping for meats, I frequently have conversations with the meat managers in the meat depts. They too, are woefully uneducated. They know NOTHING about the Australian/ N.Z. lamb they sell. I have explained it to more than one meat dept. manager. Some seem to be interested in hearing about it, others… not so much. Most of my conversations with store managers and regional managers have fallen on willfully deaf ears. In fact, many have no clue whatsoever, what halal certification entails, or of the evil that is spread by being involved in that devil practice.

As a vegetarian I’m against slaughterhouses but I understand people have to procure meat from somewhere.
Of all the above videos, I feel least offended by the one from Turkey. There’s no families or kids watching the spectacle. The staff look to be wearing uniforms and are trained in the art of butchery. They’re not doing despicable things like kicking the animals. And there’s a drain to receive all the blood.
Western slaughterhouses are only marginally better than the Turkish ones..They also use those leg hooks to line up the poor animals.
But the Moslem tradition of the animal bleeding in pain is unforgivable.
