“Israel will never agree to the establishment of a Palestinian terrorist state in the heart of the land of Israel,” says Benjamin Netanyahu, who rejects Trump’s plan that leaves open the possibility of a “credible pathway” to Palestinian statehood.
Morning SunPrime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday vowed to oppose any attempts to establish a Palestinian state, a day before the U.N. Security Council is to vote on an American resolution that leaves the door open to Palestinian statehood.
Netanyahu has long ruled out Palestinian independence. But as the U.S. attempts to push forward with its Gaza ceasefire proposal, the Israeli leader faces heavy international pressure to show flexibility.
The U.N. Security Council is expected to vote on Monday on a U.S. proposal for a U.N. mandate for an international stabilization force in Gaza despite opposition from Russia, China and some Arab countries.
The U.S., under international pressure from countries expected to contribute troops to the force, revised the resolution with stronger language about Palestinian self-determination. It now says that Trump’s plan may create a “credible pathway” to Palestinian statehood.

i dont know about this but is do know that Pres. Trump likes mandami and that makes me worry, why is he doing this?.
i sure hope that you are right here and i think that Pres. Trump follows the rule , have your enemy allways close to you so that you can act when needed. maybe this is what hes doing and i sure as hell hope so. when New York busts wide open the rest of the world will follow and that is not good at all.
Trump is a peace maker ! but at what price ? his 20 point plan had better begin with total surrender and disarm of all Hamas terrorist otherwise Israel will walk away . Trump I get the impression he does not understand who he wants to negotiate with , these muslims with a death wish have no honor their word is useless to rely on … Israel knows this
Good luck in disarming Hamas, when 80% of Gazans support Hamas. Trump is loosing it. His obsession with the crippling tariffs is alienating almost every nation on the planet including my Canada, is going to bite him in his ass.
I cannot recall a time when Kim Jong Un was at the White House. Nor, am I able to recall any visits by the/a mullah from irene. Must’ve missed those news articles.
The U.S. needs a strong leader like Achmed Mohandjob to take care of uppity, entitled, military age Moslame males. Preferably as a prison warden. Put them all on a pork meatloaf diet.
There was no red carpet. And he made Mamdani stand while he sat at his desk. That’s the way Trump deals with enemies upon a first meeting. His actions in the future, not his initial words, will show how he’s really going to deal with Mamdani.

The fat lady hasn’t sung yet. Time will tell.

We’ll see. He is the master of the art of the deal, after all.
Trump likes the challenge, but he doesn’t really understand Islam.
Donald Trump is a Trojan horse for the so-caled Palestinians as far as Israel is concerned and a traitor as far as Ukraine goes.
No he isn’t. What makes him a traitor on Ukraine? Hasn’t he given them billions of dollars in weaponry, more than all the other countries combined?

Palestinian State? Go somewhere else!
It reminds me of the chickens inviting the weasel into the hen house.
Well he has never shied away from speaking directly to Americas enemies: China, N Korea, Iran

Trump went to N Korea, on one of his trips to Japan.
He met with the Iranian leader or one of his people, I forget where, in his first term.

Not going to waste that much good pork on those vile and filthy creatures.
Pork and beans and bread made with lard should get ’em by.

Meeting some nation’s leader at a demilitarized zone is hardly rolling out the red carpet at the White House.
