An Alabama town angrily shoots down plan to build a massive Muslim school in their area, with locals citing the ‘cultural takeover’ by Muslims in a Michigan city and as far away as the UK.
A packed and emotionally charged zoning board meeting this week in Hoover, Alabama, ended with unanimous rejection of a proposal to relocate a Muslim K-12 school.

Daily Mail (h/t Nita) Residents of Hoover in suburban Birmingham showed up in force at a zoning commission meeting Monday as the board voted on whether to allow the Islamic Academy to transform a local office building into a school and community center.
Around 170 locals attended the meeting, with many opposing a motion to move the existing Islamic Academy in Homewood to Hoover. The crowd erupted in applause as the council voted against the request.
While residents agreed with the board’s reasons for denial, there was also heavy discussion about cultural and religious concerns. Some locals were fearful that the proposed K-12 school would transform Hoover into a Muslim society.

Dearborn is a warning for all. It is going to be a lot harder for Muslims to get this to fly in a Southern state.
Texas is having a huge problem with Muslims now. Just enter “Texas” in the searchbox here and you can see what they’re dealing with.
In my fair suburb, a few years back, some mohammedans were able to construct a large mohammedan center (MACE) right on the county line. No public hearings, no notifications. Just took taxable land and turned it into some non-taxed mohammedan hell-hole (well, after all, mohammedans DO worship satan). Fridays, town coppers are there directing traffic. At a city council meeting, I asked if the mohammedans were paying the city for the use of poeleese cars and coppers. Answer refused.
No church, even on Christmas or Easter gets such treatment. Moreover, one of the few Reformed Temples, in this area, is located within city limits, and even on the high holidays, no such city money is spent.
I don’t know who got bribed, but it’s obvious that someone did.
Alley-hoo-ackburrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
And CAIR lawsuit incoming in 3… 2…
Of course…
Also, commercial property such as office buildings traditionally pay high property taxes thereby fueling money for schools, county and town services. I& the muzzies turn this 8th a school or a mosque, bye-bye taxes, and the rest of the community will have to pat for that.
Good point.
