An unoccupied rabbi’s car bearing a Happy Chanukah decoration on its roof was set ablaze in Melbourne early Thursday morning in what is obviously a targeted, antisemitic attack.
Breitbart (h/t Nita) The Christmas morning firebombing followed the Sydney Chanukah mass shooting 11 days ago that killed 15 people and wounded dozens in the most lethal assault on Jews since the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas-terrorist led massacre.
There were no injuries reported in the 2:30 a.m. arson in the Victoria state capital neighborhood of St. Kilda East. The occupants of a nearby house were evacuated as a precaution.
The Australian Jewish Association issued a statement immediately afterwards:
Rabbi Effy Block, from the Chabad of St Kilda, told the ABC he had been in contact with the affected family, which included another rabbi. “They are OK, but the car is destroyed,” he said.
About lunchtime, police confirmed they had identified “a person who may be able to assist with their investigation”.
Detectives are trying to find that person at a time Australia’s left-wing Labor government in Canberra is being increasingly called out for its confused response to threats to the local Jewish Australians.
Australian officials, turning a blind eye to rampant anti-Semitic incitement among its large Muslim population, have many believing such attacks are not only allowed but perhaps even supported.
Leftist Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s inability to counter rising antisemitism is also being publicly challenged.
Local member of parliament, MP David Southwick, whose electorate encompasses St Kilda East, said he believed it was not a coincidence the arson had occurred in the heart of Melbourne’s Jewish community.
“Carlisle Street is our Bondi, it’s across the road from one of our Jewish day schools, it’s literally 100 metres from the Bagel Belt of Melbourne,” he said. “The car that was targeted and the family that was targeted was a Jewish family with a Jewish symbol on the vehicle.”
Last year arsonists extensively damaged a Melbourne synagogue in what was condemned as a direct antisemitic attack.
why did this happen…they have the overhand in the nation and should the nation try anything that is against their shit then all go to the streets like in london shouting down with the nation and more. the thing is that the nation cant end this but the police walk with them very quietly. they get high positions like tha mayor of london or new york, detroit and soon more then they are being voted in from the ones imported to us so what will change…we or them, that i laeve for you to decide. to understand what i mean here just see the somalia take out in America, dont forget that this is in every nation that has imported them.

It has taken 1/2 my lifetime to better understand how corrupt our society is.
Government’s protect the nasty, when they are likely the recipients of some of their laundered $$. The police protect them and so on.
And only when it gets so bad with the obvious killing of innocent people , the corrupt (or gagged) are forced into actually doing something.
In my lifetime, to my knowledge, never has one criminal ended up locked behind bars where they should be. There are many within telco companies and organisations, law enforcement, government and so on.
The crooks have their long arms through the internet, (there is no getting away from them) They are pretend friends to the vulnerable. You can move States, but still not get away.
So for myself and my daughter to move from the corrupt Australian state of NSW, to a wishful much less corrupt state as we did – well they still target our internet addicted young kids.
My daughter had been diagnosed with a form of autism, which when explained to me, I realised I had the same (to a lesser extent), – like TV camera on me – run away, that sort of thing.
Well, my 20yo daughter took her life earlier this year, likely encouraged and supplied with what she took by fake organised crime associated chat room friends (or some within).
I can personally say, it is so hard being believed by others of my life events, when it is all so very true – you end up saying little otherwise people think your mad.
Hence I was compelled to supply the internet….little use trying to explain.
Well, middle eastern organised crime and others continue ripping off our society with white collar organised crime (money bigger than drug dealing I was told nearly 30;years ago), they kill people – and no one gets locked up.
The following irony I simply do not understand.
Our left biased media I tend to think is largely corrupt, well they and the law go after a good friend of the late Kerry Packer – Alan Jones, for alleged inappropriate touching of men.
My god, had I only ever been touched by another man and nothing else came of it. That would be like a mosquito bite, or simply a real trivial event I would only dream of – rather than what I have had to endure such as
– 2025 Death of my daughter
– 2012 the setting fire to our dee why unit block (NSW police likely involved) after I re-escalated the white collar crime of the 90s and obviously ongoing.
– the defamation of me at that same time in 2012 with law enforcement, rather than helping me – put me on their records as a drug dealer (I found out 8 years later)
Being targeted at work (top to bottom) and away from work, where I wrongly thought I had a safe federal government job.

Middle eastern organised crime is serious.
So lets say my life could have had a choice with say Alan Jones allegedly touching me compared to what I have have endure. And I reported the trivial incident, well they go hell bells with this and make a big deal out of it. But when actual very serious events are occuring and reported, they are brushed under the carpet, your life put in danger, your name defamed and so on. ..
