DHS plans to rearrest Mahmoud Khalil and deport him to Algeria, DHS assistant secretary for public affairs Tricia McLaughlin said on Wednesday. McLaughlin’s announcement comes less than a week after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit threw out a district court order that released Khalil from detention, ruling he could be rearrested and deported.
Washington Free Beacon After Hamas’s Oct. 7 terror attack, Khalil became a prominent leader of the anti-Semitic Columbia University Apartheid Divest and served as a lead negotiator with Columbia during the illegal 2024 encampments. He pledged further unrest in the buildup to the fall 2024 semester, telling the Hill he would continue to push Columbia to divest from Israel by “any available means necessary.”
Video footage also placed Khalil at an illegal protest at Barnard College in March, during which agitators disseminated Hamas propaganda. He was arrested days later after Secretary of State Marco Rubio revoked his green card,

I think he was born in Syria but is a citizen of Algeria.
Very good news for once – however, the ONLY real solution is
1) Withdraw ALL Westerners from dar al-Islam on penalty of any renegades being regarded as traitors and losing their Western citizenship;
2) arrest all Marxists – the very wretches who’re aiding and abetting the Moslem invasion of the West – send them to places like Gitmo where they can be sequestered away from any and all rescue &/or escape attempts, there to be tried for TREASON, SEDITION and anything plus everything they can be charged with – whoever is convicted should be promptly executed and their bodies incinerated so nothing remains, while whoever isn’t eligible for execution being mixed in with their Moslem allies of convenience;
3) arrest ALL – repeat, ALL – Moslems in the West, stripping them of any and all Western assets;
4) deporting them back to their native countries, totally destitute of all but the minimum generic clothing: no money, no papers, absolutely NOTHING!!! [Western-born converts and other people without clear Moslem ancestry should be dumped into Somalia, likewise DESTITUTE as the preceding group!]
5) Terminate ALL commerce, communications and transportation ties between the West and dar al-Islam;
6) Warn them solemnly that any attempts on their part to travel to the West for any reason whatsoever (including invasion, of course!!) will be regarded as acts of war which will be answered with the maximum possible amount of force needed including their immediate execution on sight as OUTLAWS!!!!
7) They (both Moslems and Marxists) can thus die out in Somalia until nobody – repeat, NOBODY!!!! – remains.
