Actually the conflict between the Palestinain BS claim & Israel is way past these specious arguments about who is indigenous. Even if the land does belong to the Jewish nation the conflict will not cease because at its heart it is not about a so-called vindication of an injustice. On its most basic level it is really about a resentment the Arabs harbor against the Jews. It did not start with the Arab reaction to Theodore Herzl’s book, Der Judenstadt, or the Balfour Declaration, the Sykes-Picot treaty or the 1948 UN recognition of Israel. It started several millenia ago when Abraham of the Holy Scriptures followed the Almighty’s command to throw from his encampment Chagar, his concubine and her son, Ishmael, who was Abraham’s first born. The Arab cultures shared this story and transmitted it down generations throughout millenia. This fostered a festering resentment among he Arabs who internalized this rejection. The resentment, in turn, grew into a contempt, a feeling that the Jews had taken something from them. And this in turn exploded into a burning hatred when islam swept through the Arab world. That is from where this conflict originates. It does not originate in any political social or economic dimension. And that is why it endures, now cloaked in false claims of oppression. Against this historical and theological backdrop, the marxist movement has moved in to shape and direct Palestinain goals and objectives, like the complete destruction of Israel AND THE JEWS. It does not matter who is indigenous. It does not matter that there is no such people on the pages of history called the Palestinians; that it is a fabricated nationality. The issue around which the Palestinian movement congeals is simply not the issue. In the marxist/islamist front, the issue is revolution, a complete moral inversion of morality, natural law and economic freedom. Both the marxists and Arab society understand this inversion very well.
