The 13 tribes comes from the Tribe of Joseph being divided into his two sons Ephraim (the English https://JAHTruth.net/britca ) and Manasseh (the Americans https://JAHTruth.net/amerca ), hence 13 instead of 12. But the Tribe of Dan is not included in the 12 that enter the New Jerusalem: the 144,000 (12,000 x 12 Tribes). Hence the 13 drops back to 12 at that stage.
