JP and the ROK have declining populations (i.e. their birth rates are below their death rates). I hope they can turn THAT around before the moslames overrun them.
Unlike the United Kaliphate, they have their priorities right. They’d rather be a Tier-II economy with a demographic dividend disadvantage than open their doors to “Muslim workers.”
Everyone worries about declining birth rates. The histories of both Japan and Korea show many centuries of ups and LARGE decreases in population. There were times when the population of Korea (either united or three kingdoms) fell over 50%. It always came back. The same, to a lesser degree happened in Japan even more frequently.
Listen folks, Paul Erlich (Population Bomb) is dead. To a certain degree, he was correct. No worries about declining birth rate(s). These things have a way of working out, given time. No need to import monkey-pig crossbreeds OR spic-n-spans (can’t use the term “spic” on youtube, it’s almost as regulated as “mohammedan” and the “n” word).

Fyi, The superintendent and school board have added Yom Kippur and Eid al-Fitr to the holiday calendar in 2026. They probably sensed there would be blowback if they only added the Muslim holiday so they threw a bone to the Jewish community.
I hear they are trying to make 2 Muslim holidays in NYC where schools will be closed.

I used to be able to stumble through kana (Hiragana and Katakana). Kanji was well beyond my ken. Today, I reach for my old brown fake lever covered book with the pages thinner than a Bible’s. Gots me one for both Japanese and Korean. Given an hour, I can struggle through two on-line newspaper pages. Google translate and the like makes FAR too many errors. Like the Japanese are at English, I was towards Japanese regarding being better at reading than at speaking. The syntax, being so different, really threw me for a line.
I used to be fairly fluent and worked for some leading Japanese companies both here and in Japan. But once I started working for Dentsu Adverting as copywriter, then creative director, I stayed in advertising for the rest of my career and Japanese language skills got relegated to the back burner.
I remember the Hare Krishnas at airports, train stations and bus stations. I haven’t seen them around for decades. They were annoying, but harmless.
There was a Hare Krishna temple on Pico near Culver City that used to invite anyone to come in and partake of their food and beverages. They had some weird rice drink which didn’t taste all that bad.
