Kosher lunches? The schools never made accommodations for those that want to follow kosher laws. The students typically brought their own lunches, Seventh Day Adventists, Judaism followers, etc.
NO halal slop in taxpayer funded schools or government accommodations of any type.
Why can’t mohammedans bring their own food, just as others that have dietary guidelines? Because moslems are too slothful to prepare their own food.
You don’t remember Fish Fridays in public schools? Guess what religion they were pandering to then? It was all under false pretenses as well, Yeshua of Nazareth and his followers never expressed any preferences for eating fish on Fridays — if they even had a 7 day work week back then.
That’s why we used to call ’em “Mackerel Snappers”. But, even then the one Jewish family and the two Seventh Day Adventist families weren’t done any favors. The fish was fried in lard (pork tallow).
Gotta cater to the mackerel snappers or the irish father (yes, small town Iowa had an irish priest) would have led some type of protest.

Fish Fridays are long gone today. I’m surprised we don’t have halal Fridays in its place, or maybe halal weeks.
There are now many schools in the US offering halal options. Like the UK, at some point it will be mandated for every school.
