SPAIN’s opposition leader slams Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez for selling bombs to Iran and supporting the IRGC

As leader of the anti-Muslim immigration conservative VOX Party, Santiago Abascal launched a scathing attack on socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, calling him the “pacifist” who sells bombs to Iran and has his face plastered on IRGC missiles.

In a 2024 address at the Congress of Deputies, Santiago Abascal, launched a scathing attack on socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, criticizing his foreign policy decisions and accusing him of siding with Islamic terrorists. His remarks centered on Sánchez’s recent recognition of the Palestinian state, support of Hamas, abandonment of Israel, and his shameful stance on Middle Eastern affairs.

Abascal claimed that Sánchez had adopted a non-partisan stance between what he described as a “satanic terrorist entity” and a democratic state like Israel. Yes, satanic terrorism. Do you think it’s too much? Maybe it’s because you haven’t watched the videos,” Abascal stated emphatically, alluding to footage of Hamas slaughtering, kidnapping and raping innocent Israelis.

He questioned how Sánchez would react if a similar terrorist organization targeted Spain and kidnapped Spanish citizens, suggesting that the Prime Minister would fail to defend national interests. “The Spanish people need to know how Sánchez would act if a terrorist organization did the same things against Spain and had 130 Spaniards kidnapped,” Abascal posed rhetorically, implying that Sánchez’s response would be inadequate.
