Rep. Mark Harris is showing real courage by speaking this truth while too many remain silent. As a member of the Sharia-Free America Caucus, he is standing strong to protect North Carolina — and the entire nation — from efforts to Islamize communities, erode our culture, and undermine our Constitution.
Honor killings. Stoning. Amputation for theft. Death for blasphemy, adultery, or apostasy. These are the harsh realities of Sharia, the direct opposite of our Constitution, which protects liberty, equality, and individual rights for all. Islam is not a distant threat. It is already here in America.
In Mint Hill, North Carolina, in Rep. Harris’s own district, 18-year-old Christian Sturtevant pledged allegiance to ISIS at age 14. Four years later, he plotted an ISIS-inspired massacre using knives and hammers targeting innocent people at a grocery store and restaurant on New Year’s Eve. The FBI thwarted the attack.

Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) issued a stark warning about the threat of Sharia and civilizational jihad during remarks supporting the Sharia-Free America Caucus, which he co-founded with Rep. Keith Self. “You cannot win a war that you do not acknowledge exists. There is a war being waged against Western civilization, against the United States of America, and against the state of Texas — right now, in real time. It has been going on for decades.
Go back to the 1991 Muslim Brotherhood memorandum. It lays it out plainly: The ‘process of settlement’ is a civilization-jihadist process. Their goal is to make Islam part of the homeland, rooted in the minds of the people, with firmly established organizations — all to carry out the grand mission of civilizational jihad.
This isn’t just theory. There are hundreds of organizations operating across America — many right here in Texas — actively working to drive the Islamification of our country in direct conflict with our Constitution, our laws, and the Declaration of Independence.
Since 9/11, millions from majority-Muslim countries have been allowed into the United States. In Texas, we’re seeing more mosques built than in any other state. They hide behind the First Amendment, claiming religious freedom. But this isn’t mere religion — it’s a political ideology designed to attack and overtake our civilization.
That’s why we’re forming the Sharia-Free America Caucus. We must wake up the American people before what’s happening in Paris and London comes here. If Texas falls, America falls.”

On the House floor, Congressman Randy Weber (R-TX) delivered a powerful message in support of the rapidly growing Sharia-Free America Caucus, now exceeding 60 members strong, with Texas leading the charge. “Mr. Speaker, there is one law of the land, the Constitution of the United States. Period. Not foreign law. Not imported systems. Not Sharia. Nothing else.
This fight isn’t new. Back in the Texas House in 2009, I tried to pass a bill declaring that no Texas court could use Sharia as a legal basis. The chairman said, ‘You don’t need to fight that battle.’ We waited too long. Now we’re seeing the warning signs right here in Texas. In Irving, a neighborhood developed around a mosque features street names like Allah Akbar Court, Salma Jamil Court, and Hasina Drive.

While too many on the left sit silent -refusing to defend the rights of the American people – Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) is speaking with clarity and conviction. She declared: “We will not allow Sharia to take root in our schools or institutions. We will not allow it to erode the foundation of our civilization. We will remain strong, sovereign, and free.”
Rep. Miller is refusing to bow to political correctness or intimidation.
And predictably, the Muslim Brotherhood-tied CAIR is already smearing and attacking her – demanding she withdraw and “keep Illinois hate-free.” Let this be clear: Terror-tied groups like CAIR target brave leaders who dare to defend America. They use smears, intimidation, and false cries of “Islamophobia” to silence the truth.

Rep. Sheri Biggs (R-SC), a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard, combat veteran, board-certified nurse practitioner, wife, and mother, spoke forcefully on the House floor as a new member of the Sharia-Free America Caucus.
“America was built on the Constitution — one system of law that protects individual liberty, equal justice, and the rights of every citizen,” Biggs declared. “Sharia stands in direct conflict with those principles. It does not belong in our legal system, and it will not replace the Constitution of the United States of America.”
She warned that Americans are closely watching Europe’s struggles and have no intention of allowing the same erosion of heritage and liberty here. Biggs concluded with a firm message: “If you come to America, you come to live under American laws. Period. That’s the end of the story.”
Military veterans and leaders — including combat-tested patriots like Biggs — continue to face relentless attacks from CAIR, a documented Muslim Brotherhood front group, simply for defending the Constitution they swore to protect.

U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), a retired Brigadier General in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, delivered strong remarks on the House floor highlighting what he described as the growing threat of Sharia law and the formation of communities that operate under its principles.
Perry, who represents Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, stated: “It is now acceptable… Can you imagine if you built a community and said only Christians need to apply? But Sharia communities are being built in Texas and elsewhere.” He explained that Sharia is not merely a personal spiritual code but functions as a comprehensive legal and social system.
Perry emphasized that Sharia advances not only through overt means but via what he called “quiet infiltration,” the creation of parallel societies, and intimidation tactics. He referenced a 1991 internal document known as the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Explanatory Memorandum,” which outlined a long-term “civilization-jihadist process” aimed at enabling Islam and its movement in North America through institutional and societal influence.

Former Navy SEAL and U.S. Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ) delivered a pointed warning to Americans during remarks on the House floor, cautioning against the growing influence of Sharia law and its incompatibility with the U.S. Constitution.
He argued that supporters of this framework view it as a mandate to dominate non-conformists, and that Western leaders’ immigration policies have allowed millions who do not share American values, culture, or traditions to enter—eroding national stability and identity.
Crane contrasted America’s foundation in individual liberty with what he described as Sharia’s religious authoritarianism. “Our laws are rooted in individual liberty, not religious authoritarianism,” he said. “Sharia is not compatible with our Constitution. If people want to live under Sharia, there are dozens of nations that already do. America is not one of them.”
