So sorry to hear about your health problems. Glad you’re feeling better now. I’ve been dealing with painful torn rotator cuff since August and there seems to be no effective treatment. I’ve done acupuncture for a few months which helped a lot, but the pain comes gets worse after treatment ends. Surgery is out because they say it fails in more than 50% of the cases and sometimes makes its wore. Then there’s all of Mr BNI’s health problems. It’s been a tough year.

Funny, the only time it doesn’t hurt is when I’m in the saddle. getting on is easy but getting off is horrible because I can only use one arm. And since I ride in an English saddle there’s not much to grab on the way down so half the time I fall on my ass. Putting the heavy saddle on and off is agonizing. As is most everything else I have to do at the stable. But so is grocery shopping – cases of water, big bottles of soda, etc. And of course it’s my right arm. John is a bit better than he was with his Afib and COPD but is unable to help much.
