CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) has taken legal action against the Governor over his recent designation of CAIR as a terrorist organization, while also trying to reverse the Governor’s anti-Sharia Law bill.

Sharia Law is used regularly in the United States, and it often disenfranchises the most vulnerable. Muslim Women and Children. Example: Choice of Venue or Choice of Law; So, a Muslim Married Man goes before an Islamic Judge in America (Choice of Law) or goes before an Islamic Judge in a Foreign country (Choice of Venue) and get a divorce. The wife (Muslim or Non-Muslim) has no representation and was afforded no Due Process. The Husband takes the Divorce Decree and to a US Judge who enforces the order via Comity in cases of venue and simply enforces the sharia court in US cases. The wife is deprived of all wealth (except her marriage dowry), deprived of the Children, and deprived of a home and put on the street. There are many more examples such a Female Genital Mutilation, Multiple Marriages/wife’s (one legally) other illegally in the mosques and often described as family members, cousins, sisters in law etc. Just as the Somali fraud, it is part of Islamic warfare to bleed the enemy camp dry by any means under sharia. CAIR has always advocated for Sharia by standing against American Laws for American Courts (they dubbed the Anit- Sharia Bill) and members of CAIR and Emerge USA bragged about defeating the ALAC Bill.
Good news finally going to get terrorist supporting CAIR into a RED State court room to defend their muslim grounded reputation . should be interesting to see how they are going to use sharia law against the U S Constitution and its laws , then it will lead to more exposure of their hidden agenda which will go down on the record which will be scrutinized by the US Federal Government which will lead to a higher up court declaring them as terrorist supporters and kick their ass out of our America.
Interesting points BLR. Could CAIR abandon their lawsuit before discovery occurs? I hope DeSantis’ legal team is smart enough to subpoena all their funding and campaign contributions because as a non-profit they’re supposed to remain politically neutral.
