A far-left Texas judge has backed the Muslim developer by allowing the Muslim-Only community in Texas called ‘THE MEADOW’ (formerly known as ‘EPIC CITY’) to continue its development, despite many violations. Texas Attorney General & Senate candidate Ken Paxton joins Glenn Beck to talk about how he’s dealing with it.

The proposed housing community a 402-acre development in unincorporated Collin and Hunt counties, roughly 40 miles northeast of Dallas near the city of Josephine. Texas officials have accused the development of implementing Sharia Law and creating a no-go zone for non-Muslims, something the developer has repeatedly denied,” according to KERA.
“The court’s ruling is flawed and overlooks substantial evidence of violations under the Fair Housing Act,” a spokesperson for the Texas Workforce Commission told KERA. “This development remains under active investigation with our federal partners at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). We are taking immediate steps to appeal this decision,” the agency said.
“Texas has ALREADY appealed & halted this flawed ruling,” the governor’s social media account posted. “The Meadow (Epic City) is also subject to other legal action by the state. And, there are active investigations by State agencies and by the federal government. This development will never see the light of day.”

i have a problem here and maybe you all can help me understand this. first off texas gives them so much land that they can build a city only for them, then texas does all it can to obstruct this building of the city but what puzzles me is the fact that texas gave them so much land. why give away your land only to bitch about it later, i just dont understand this logic.

A good way to fight back at building this Muzzie city, is to demand they allow shops that sell all items made from pig. That they also allow a Church & synagogue otherwise, they cannot build.
Problem is, shops that sell pork products would not want to open there because there would be no customers. Same with churches and synagogues. The way these Muslim communities get around fair housing laws is to charge a Homeowners Association fee, of which at least 75% of it goes to maintenance of the mosque, which they inform all potential buyers. That’s how they keep out non-Muslims without breaking the law.
I would bet that there are business owners knowing people would purposely shop at butchers selling non halal meats, Jews traveling to go to synagogues ( I absolutely would just to rub it in their faces) Christians driving to church there, pet adoption filled with dogs, many shops opening just to deter them from building this atrocity.
