“Whatever you’ve been though, I apologize,” said Judge Zia Faruqui, a Pakistani Muslim magistrate judge appointed under Barack Hussein Obama to the gunman who tried to assassinate President Trump and shot and wounded a Secret Service agent.
Frontpage Magazine-Daniel Greenfield While the Muslim magistrate judge, a member of the Muslim Bar Association of New York, had mostly flown under the radar until now, his far-left political tantrums from the bench had begun last year as he fought to protect criminals.
Faruqui said the Trump administration’s zeal to reduce crime in the nation’s capital had touched off a “constitutional crisis.” Officials were “playing cops and robbers” on the streets of D.C. while “the rule of law is being flushed down the toilet,” Faruqui said.
“I am afraid right now, and that’s not what this country is founded on,” the judge said.
The judge lambasted Pirro’s office during a hearing at which he agreed to dismiss the federal case against a man accused of threatening to kill Trump while in police custody. The defendant, Edward Alexander Dana, spent more than a week in jail before a federal grand jury refused to indict him.
Faruqui said there is no precedent for what is happening at the courthouse over the last few weeks. He said Trump administration officials are frequently touting the arrest figures on social media with seemingly no regard for how the arrests are affecting people’s lives.
“Where are the stats on the people illegally detained?” he asked.
So this isn’t even the Muslim judge’s first time defending a Trump assassin, but his particularly shameful rant in court on behalf of current Trump assassin Cole Allen has gone viral.
Faruqui apologized directly to Allen over his confinement conditions, saying, “I am very troubled by what they indicate the conditions that you have been subjected to … I’m sorry. It sounds like things have not been the way they’re supposed to … Whatever you’ve been through, I apologize.”
At one point, Faruqui told Allen he was “very troubled” by the “conditions you’ve been treated to.”
The judge also apologized to Allen for the issues in the first week of his detention. He also said he is “fascinated and concerned” that Allen has been treated differently from many now-pardoned Jan. 6 defendants. (Unarmed Trump supporters who entered the Capitol Bldg. but did not harm or threaten anyone)
Faruqui is a magistrate judge. The bar for removing them is much lower. And should be exercised.
UPDATE: Just last year, this same despicable Pakistani Muslim judge apologized to and dismissed the case against another would-be assassin of President Trump, who had 23 prior arrests and 9 prior convictions.
Daniel Greenfield Last year, Edward Alexander Dana was charged over a rant in which he allegedly claimed that, “this is Donald Trump’s way of saying, hey, I can look like Putin” and vowed “to protect the Constitution by any means necessary. And that means killing you, officer, killing the President, killing anyone who stands in the way of our Constitution.”
Faruqui apologized to Dana, claimed that America is “past the point of constitutional crisis”, and warned that “people like Mr Dana are suffering the consequences” of law enforcement in D.C. The Pakistani Muslim judge blamed racism for Dana’s arrest, ranting that “the government’s message to people who look like Mr. Dana is ‘be very afraid” and then claimed, “I’m afraid right now.”
Judge Zia Faruqui had long worked to sabotage the Trump administration’s effort to fight crime in D.C., falsely describing it as a “constitutional crisis”, contending that “the rule of law is being flushed down the toilet” and threatening to stop authorizing criminal charges after arrests.
It is debatable whether Faruqui, a member of the highly controversial Muslim Bar Association of New York ever met the basic standard for being appointed.
The MuBANY has claimed that Muslims were persecuted after 9/11, demanded the resignation of the NYPD commissioner over the screening of a movie about Islamic terrorism together with Muslim Brotherhood organizations linked to terrorism including CAIR. Some critics have accused MuBANY’s leadership of having Brotherhood links. The Muslim Brotherhood is the parent organization of numerous Islamic terrorist groups including Al Qaeda and Hamas.
Faruqui had previously pursued Islamist agendas by aiding the Organization of Islamic Cooperation’s case against Myanmar. Gambia, an unstable Muslim regime where Christians are persecuted, had sued Facebook on behalf of the OIC, demanding information on Buddhists in Myanmar to justify its false claim that the ‘Rohingya’, an invasive Muslim group of illegal colonists responsible for violence against Buddhists, were actually victims of ‘genocide’.
How many presidential assassins can a judge set out to protect and apologize to, how many Islamist causes should he advocate for and how many extremist organizations does he have to be associated with, and how many criminals does he have to enable before he’s removed? Read the rest

WTF! If this Muzzie said all that, then he is in violation of the Code of Judicial Conduct. He is supposed to apply the law without editorializing his private feelings and he is supposed to maintain an air of impartiality all times. By the way, he may have been appointed while Obongo was president, but neither Obama nor his administration has anything to do with appointing magistrate judges. When openings occur, qualified candidates are encouraged to fill out an application, and the applicants are called for interviews. After that, the candidate with the best credentials should be hired, But we all know that there are race, ethnic and gender based preferences that come into play.

Once again we see no Muslim should hold any judges postions, elected offices of the federal governm,ent and better yet, none of them should be in the nation. It was easy to note because of his name.
