This Memorial Day, 2026, we remember those who sacrificed their lives for our freedom. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those who are grieving. May we, as Abraham Lincoln said at Gettysburg, “highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”

When Patton was in North Africa fighting the Vichy French and nazis he sojourned in Morocco, where he was the guest of a sheikh there. The sheikh had his own harem of slave girls and when one of his pet leopards got loose and killed one of his slave girls the dinner he had planned in Patton’s honour went on because she was just a slave girl, no different than a piece of furniture. The sex slave girls were actual slaves, and owned by the sheikh.

I agree with you, Lawrence, about the invaders. I also want to know where these so-called macho men who shout “lock and load” are with all this invasion. All the patriots died after WW2. I refuse to fight for a country where our own politicians are being bought off for votes, so I’ve decided, in my old age, 71, to sell my property (sold already to 3 different investors when I’m ready to leave), pack my animals on. the plane and leave with a smile, but a bit of sadness. I will not be ruled by a bunch of scumbags who marry 6-year-old children. If the lefties and politicians think that money will prevent their daughters and granddaughters from being subjects of Sharia law, then it just goes to show you don’t have to have a high IQ to be in politics.
