Saying you care about the Uighurs is essentially nothing but virtue signaling unless you have already exerted yourself to undo wrongs in your own backyard. How about wholesale slaughter of babies in the womb? Do yo care about that? There are so many other “cares” that are more relevant if you really want to be virtuous.
With exception of CAIR in the U.S. the Muslim world mostly couldn’t care less about the Uighurs.
