Is Israel violating international law in the war against Hamas? The Biden regime, the EU, the UN, Arab nations and others have begun to wage a campaign to restrain Israel’s efforts to destroy Hamas in Gaza, calling for Israel to permit “humanitarian assistance” to Gaza and respond “proportionately” to the Hamas massacre of more than 1,300 Israelis, wounding of 3,000 and seizure of 200 hostages. The campaign is based on allegations that there is a contradiction between Israel’s military operations and the laws of war.
To understand the nature of these claims, and what the laws of war require from Israel, as well as from the nations waging this campaign against Israel, Caroline Glick, renowned journalist in Israel, spoke with Prof Avi Bell, from Bar Ilan and University of San Diego law schools, who is a leading expert on the laws of war and international humanitarian law. Bell explained the actual stipulations of international law in relation to the Gaza conflict.
The EU has no right to tell Israel how to handle Hamas seeing as they have a plague of islam where they live. Also, Biden and the UN do what they do best which is being totally clueless of reality.

If Israel relents and fails to WIPE OUT HAMAS, Israel will cease to exist.
Israel should print flyers for a response to every entity or person demanding a cease fire or “proportional response.”
The flyer would have a single image on it: a fist — with a gigantic raised middle finger!

This argument over “proportionality” of violent response in war through firm adherence to the Geneva Convention is quite ludicrous in the present situation!
If we look at the Allied response to the Nazi war machine in WW2, we can clearly see that there was no proportionality once the Allies got themselves organised. The same applied with the Japanese which as we recall, ended up having atomic bombs dropped on two of their cities as a necessary measure to end their aggressive and warlike stance, which was persisting amongst Japanese military powers, even in the face of their entire country being destroyed by conventional aerial attacks – as Curtis Le May reported to his superiors late in that war “We have no more targets available – all have been destroyed.”
If proportionality rules meant anything at all, both the European and Japanese bombing campaigns would not have occurred at the scale they did, since both did 1000 times more damage and killed hundreds of thousands more people that any Axis attacks ever did to the Allies!
I may say that all arguments which try to excuse in the very slightest way, the actions of Hamas or to moderate the treatment they will receive at the hands of the Israelis, are like water off a duck’s back to me! The death toll in Gaza will probably be horrendous but Israel knows that now, this time, is the finale of all the hatred from the likes of Hamas and that finale cannot be allowed to pass without the total destruction of Hamas, it’s leaders, as many of it’s fighters as can be killed and all who support Hamas today and in the past!
Israel is the only country where everyone else in the world demands to be on its War Room. The USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, the UN, the Pope and every petty dictator in Latin America and Africa, even actors, singers and football players, believe they are self-empowered to dictate to the Israelis when to call a truce, when to stop the body count, how many soldiers it can deploy and what kind of warfare they can use. The sad part is one would believe that Israel should have learned by now and should tell all these (fill in your own pejorative here) should go and (fill in your own pejorative here). Unfortunately they haven’t. The current war against islam, against its mortal enemies, will be ended not when Israel decides it’s time but when the circus of antisemites forces it to stop in the name of “proportional response”, of “humanitarian concerns” and the rest of the antisemitic reason imposed in no other country but on Israel.
Exactly this is what i have written that i hope that Israel wont do. To listen to these treacherous voices is treason to yourself. I hope and pray that Israel stays hard and closes her ears. Should Israel back down then it has a problem forever. The scum there will never stop the attaxks and terror so its the choice. Piss off the west and maybe die or do what needs to be done and live in somewhat of peace, the choice is hers and hers alone.
